Need to stop forcing cars to park up somewhere after ordering. It's an absolute shambles, every time

THIS PLACE JUST GETS WORSE.. YOU DRIVE FOR 20 MINUTES.. ONLY TO FIND IT SHUT AGAIN.. ON A NIGHT ITS NORMALLY OPEN... WASTE OF TIME

Had a recent refit. Perfect time to create a separate drive through lane separate from the car park so when the queues are long, people can still get on and off the car park may be next time eh

Had to change this from 5* to a 1 right after the refurbishment things have taken a plunge, it's not fast food anymore, you'll probably get food faster across the road at the hungry horse than here, absolutely ridiculous 30 mins wait.

Coffee machine not fixed , always have to wait on drive thru over 5mins to take the order. Staffs always ignore you much as they can. Giving more priorities to the delivery orders and don’t care about the drive thru customers waiting on the bay.

Have used this gaff for years...always friendly and nice and decent enough service. Had a refurbished Gone down hill, poor service, long waiting times . They have as a business priority to the drive through, they seemingly have reduced the staff put extra pressure and stress on the staff there which concern reduces their Smile customer when they do finally serve. Not the best of experiences

Wow !!! Been coming here over 20yrs what have you done to this place !!! Service is shocking for sit in customer long wait yet cars flying by from drive through. No atmosphere, no condiments bar and this morning NO Coffee !!! For me this has been set up for drive thru and delivery point sit in customer is an after thought Disgusted with new format and Decor is as best shocking !!! You have dropped a major error here Ronald

Edit: the roof drips loads of water right into the drive thru driver window space exactly at the service window : ' Recently refurbished. Feels clean and tidy inside, but honestly the lack of self service counter for napkins, sugar etc is a bit of a hassle if no one is around. The kitchen is entirely hidden from view now so it 's hard to get anyone 's attention if you need something. Wait times don 't seem to have changed far as I can tell, food is hit and miss in my opinion.

This McDonald's was very busy and the system they have at the moment doesn't work. Parking is awful at busy times. There are too many things going on, drive thru, click and collect, delivery, eat in and order inside and take away. Everyone is waiting. The delivery people don't seem to know when their order is ready, they are waiting outside and can't see screen, so a member of staff is screaming out the numbers, deafening everyone. We waited 25 minutes inside for take away, it's supposed to be fast food. The burger was good but the chips were lukewarm and not crisp, altogether disappointing.
