"Great place for Italian food in a city of limited options.... The staff were very friendly and catered well for Gluten Free, although the menu itself is limited, upon mentioning celiac, the waitress and the chef put together a gluten free vegetarian risotto off menu which was greatly appreciated and very tasty! Would recommend! Dietary restrictions: Limited menu options but on request the chef created a vegetarian Gluten Free dish which was fantastic."

This restaurant has a lovely layout and lovely decor. The staff are friendly. However, the food was not good. First of all the lasagna was definitely warmed up and was not made fresh. The deep fried mozzarella was cold in the middle. Also on top of that, there were pest control plugs that were placed on top of the booths. Clearly this place has problems with rats or mice. "Decided to try The Slamwich Club after hearing good reviews from friends and families who had been and liking the look of the Festive Menu. Absolutely blown away by the quality of the food, the friendly and attentive staff and the set up of the restaurant. We had the Brisket and Stout and Spice Up Ya Christmas with a side of Ho Ho Ho Hogs. We split the sandwiches half and half and loved both but the Spice Up Ya Christmas Sandwich we both agreed was something special! The gravy was incredible too. A welcome suprise was the value! Considering we had beers, two mains, a side and a coffee afterwards it was cheaper than getting a couple of cocktails each at the venue we went to afterwards! Will definitely return, and will definitely be recommending to all our Friends and Family."

"couldnt resist, been shopping in Hanley area, nip down into Shelton to test out the report on Hawasana; we walked into a lovely friendly environment where the food on other tables was like a magical feast. We went for the mixed kebab starter which set the scene superbly, not a small portion and well worth the wait to be cooked fresh. The jewel in the crown for us was the Lamb Karahi, it takes 45 minutes to get the blend of spices cooked off and is served with a salad and a naan that took up nearly half of the double table well worth the wait. The Lamb, still on the bone where it hadnt dropped off was so succulent to be delish and so well cooked, my wife couldnt resist dipping the naan back into the sauce until she could eat no more. The naan was probably the best I have tasted around the world but come back to the Karahi which reminded me of a Gurkha Baht, bone in and albeit generally goat. We did some damage to that, swilled down with a couple of cans of chilled lemonade and fruity drink. Well worth a visit, great value and we cant wait to go back."

"We decided to try Monsoon after hearing so many positive reviews, and it certainly lives up to the praise in every way. The ambiance is warm and inviting, striking a perfect balance between vibrant and intimate. The service was impeccable; the staff was friendly and attentive throughout our meal. However, the star of the evening was the food. Having dined at numerous curry restaurants, we can confidently say that Monsoon is now our favorite. The flavors were exceptional, and everything was served hot, with all dishes arriving at the same time. We highly recommend Monsoon—it truly is a magnificent dining experience. Though we’re from Essex, we can’t wait to return for another meal soon. Thank you to everyone for a wonderful culinary experience! Parking is available outside the restaurant or in the nearby streets."

"My partner and I decided to have Easter Sunday lunch at The Masons and we were very pleased with our choice. We both ordered the lamb shank, which was incredibly tasty, especially when paired with the delicious vegetables, particularly the roast vegetables. As first-time parents, we were a bit anxious about bringing our baby to a restaurant, but our worries were quickly put to rest. The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, making a fuss over our little one which won us over. We have already recommended The Masons to our family and friends and we plan on returning soon. It was a lovely Easter afternoon overall."

"I recently dined at Team Tyrone, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The price per person ranges from £30 to £40, which I found to be quite reasonable given the quality of the meal.
