"I always opt for the drive-through at this McDonald's, as the service is usually very quick and the food is consistently good. I have never encountered any issues, and the staff are always helpful and friendly. The only downside is the location next to a roundabout, where cars can come at you quickly as you try to exit. This can make it challenging to leave, as there is a McDonald's sign to the right, which is on the side of the roundabout. However, this is not McDonald's fault, as it is a small plot of land that is popular with customers."

25 minutes for a cheesy flat bread and orange juice. Standing in the 'restaurant ' you can see that all they focus on is the mcdeliverys...real customers are definitely at the back of the queue. disappointed.

Not very often I order food here but every time I’ve received it , it’s wrong or items missing , EVERY TIME ! So frustrating . There’s no issues with going there and getting food but delivery is an utter joke .

DOES THIS PLACE GET ANYTHING RIGHT, EVEN AT 6AM EVERY SINGLE TIME ORDER IS INCORRECT. Worst mcdonalds ever! 1- Never ever ever ever get your order correct. "Myself my husband and friends visited last night for the first time to celebrate my birthday and our friends wedding anniversary. The food is really nice, and staff very pleasant. However we waited 40 minutes for our drinks, after asking 3 different members of staff we finally got them after a 59 minute wait. We did get the drinks free and a free dessert each which was very good customer service. We all thought there was no organisation with the staff, none of them knew what each other was doing. Would be better service if they had so many tables each to deal with then we wouldn't have had 5 members of staff chasing round after things for us. Don't think we will return."

"I visited on Saturday, December 30, for an evening meal that included a bottle of wine. We upgraded to a room with a spa bath, which I highly recommend! This was a special 60th birthday treat for my partner, and I was lucky enough to join him. From start to finish, it was a fantastic experience. We were in need of some relaxation, and we certainly found it. When we entered our room, we both exclaimed, "Wow!" Our dinner was just as impressive. Every member of the staff we encountered—from the hotel reception to the bar and dining staff—was wonderful and friendly. We want to extend our heartfelt thanks for this amazing experience. We had a wonderful visit and hope to return soon!"

"We were very disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. When we were seated at our table, there was a sign indicating that it was reserved at 10:30, which made us feel like an inconvenience. The service was very poor, despite being told that unlimited tea and coffee were included with our meal. Throughout the hour and a half we were there, we were never asked if everything was okay and had to repeatedly ask for more drinks. The Prosecco we ordered was served in unopened bottles, and the breakfast made with cheap supermarket bread was dry and bland. We were frustrated by the lack of attention and had to even ask for a napkin. When we finally left, we were not asked about our experience, which made us realize that they knew their service was subpar. This experience was supposed to be a birthday gift, but instead it left us feeling upset and dissatisfied. We would not recommend dining at this restaurant."

"Lovely chilled pub, friendly and knowledgeable staff, tasteful decor and very dog friendly. We booked a table because we were camping nearby. However, the phone number on google is out of date (current owners have been in place since last August 2023). I found the new number in Facebook and had a prompt response on Messenger. They are good ale pub, reasonably priced and have been serving food again for the last 3 months apparently (been a couple of changes in ownership). Sunday roast was excellent served with fresh vegetables at £13.95. Very pleased we kept our reservation after reading a bad review on here"
