Mezze At The Green Dragon

Food was delicious, staff were great , atmosphere was relaxing, couldn’t fault anything, even the price was good. Will definitely return.

the service was fast, the staff was polite and the eating was great. can't ask for more! good choice on the Melz menu and my only small complaining would be that the salat wasn't really an salat!

We came here for a meal and the food was really good, we had mezze plates between two of us which was plenty. Everything was really good and the prices were also reasonable. We will definitely come back! Ver carta

hit or miss sometimes, we give it a chance, although, once we had an amazing service and had a great food (proven our decisions were different), the other couple times it was not so good. I wish them the improvement as a beautiful little place.

We dined at lunchtime so expected the food to be pretty fresh and tasty. How disappointing! The meat and fish dishes were over-cooked. When you pay for a meal you hope it’s better than what you cook at home. Not here and you have the...pleasure to pay for it. The waitress wasn’t even interested to hear about the overcooked food. Spoken to other locals and their all saying how poor it is these days. What a shame as it used to have a great reputation.

We were a bit apprehensive after long past slightly unsatisfactory visits but the Green Dragon has changed ownership since then and it is now really great. A vast selection of dishes, difficult to chose. We elected for one mezze and a main course each. Delicious...and very good sized portions. The lamb chops were the best I’d had out for a long while with very tasty bulgur wheat. Two good chicken kebabs. We couldn’t manage a pud. Excellent service by Kirsty and the place was deservedly buzzing. Only gripe I have a blue badge and two v large, expensive cars had taken up the disabled places meaning an uncomfortable trek there. We went to the Mezze for dinner and I'd honestly say this was one of the top meals I've ever had. The dishes on offer were amazing it was hard to choose Our table had (among others that I can't remember): shredded...duck, lasagne, calamari, pesto chicken, chilli potato skins, ribs, patatas aioli, patatas bravas and macaroni cheese croquettes. Every single dish was spot on, really good size portions and just so unbelievably tasty! Service was also amazing especially as it was fully booked and busy.
