Excellent food and nice surroundings. Great and friendly service from waitress Melissa. We usually dine here at least once a fortnight.

Went out for my sister B day. Delicious food and drinks. One of my favourite places to eat out with my family. Definitely would come again.

We visited on a Friday evening (table of 5). Our server El was lovely and friendly. One of our party was quite late but we didn’t feel at all rushed to order. Food was amazing and drinks were lovely. We didn’t wait long for food/ drinks to be bought out. We’ll definetly be returning! Ver carta

We were served beer that was very clearly either off or the lines had not been cleaned. Then we ordered a mocktail and were given mint that was rotten (pictured). While I can understand that we visited during off peak hours, there's no excuse for an experience this bad common sense says that you don't serve your customers something that is rotten. We will absolutely not be back.

An excellent restaurant, food very good ,ambiance is great always very clean.All staff members very friendly but if you are lucky enough to be served by Alyssa you will be in for a special treat. She greets all diners in a very friendly and efficient manner, is always attentive to diners needs and nothing is to much for her to make your visit a pleasure .A great place to dine Highly recommended

Another great lunch at The Carter and Miller Dick Turpin! I took my elderly uncle and cousin and the staff were very accommodating regarding the table position for my uncle, and the service was brilliant thank you, Alissa! This is the second time this year we've had Alissa servicing us and she's a joy; professional, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable! Myself and my partner attend this restaurant last night and had nothing but an amazing experience. The host was a lovely lady, though we are not sure on her name , we believe it was Jo. She was Bubbly and polite, giving a very warm welcome from the start. The service was quick and efficient with nothing being too much of a hassle. The food was delicious and the cocktails were sublime! We will definitely be revisiting again, no complaints from us. Lovely place :

Absolutely awful, we went for early father’s day , were regulars customers. The table we were at had cobwebs all over the wood panel , tucked away in the lower level corner . Then we waited a hour and the waiter serving us realised he hadn’t put the order through, then starters came and main course came later but was stone cold . I did not eat as mine was cold and my son and his father ate there food cold. No offer to compensate or discount , we will not be going back young team maybe cheaper to higher but lack professionalism how they’ll manage Father’s Day will be nothing short of a miracle….

In contrast to some previous visits to other restaurants within this quality chain of steakhouses, our experience at the Newbury Park restaurant was incredibly disappointing. My boyfriend and I decided to treat ourselves to the chateaubriand steak which is intended for sharing. When it arrived, we wondered why it was so small and didn’t look like the cut we were expecting. It would have been helpful if we’d been served with plates beforehand, as the steak was cooling off quite rapidly whilst we waited for the plates to arrive. This wasn’t a good start! As for the quality of the meat, it wasn’t the tender most cut we’d been looking forward to tucking into. It was rather chewy and considering... Ver carta
