Das Essen war immer sehr gut, die Steaks auf den Punkt, vor allem die Jakobsmuscheln perfekt. Gute regionale Weine zu fairen Preisen, der Service, auch zu Spitzenzeiten, immer freundlich und aufmerksam.Einziger Nachteil im Haus war die extreme Geräuschkulisse, wenn das Restaurant voll ist. Trotzdem die Nr. 1 in Schweich."

Great traditional German menu, very polite and helpful staff. I had a beef goulash which was beautifuly presented. Other had schnitzel dishes which were also well presented. Great atmosphere inside if you wish to stay for a few drinks after the meal

Leider ist der Großraum Trier kulinarisch recht durchwachsen. Viele Schnitzelkönige und Fastfood-Italiener. Das Restaurant Mittler ist da ein Fels in der Brandung, der gute deutsche Küche mit besseren Zutaten serviert. Die Weinkarte ist gut und nicht überteuert.

Beim Mittlers findet man sehr gut zubereitete Speisen; zugegeben, nicht ganz günstig, dafür stimmt die Qualität und damit das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.Das Rumpsteak Strindberg ist einer unserer Favoriten.Gut gefällt uns, dass viele regionale/lokale Weine im Angebot sind zu durchaus moderaten Preisen.

Har varit 4ggr på besök i Moseldalen fick tips om Mittlers Restaurant i Schweich.Alltid har Vi blivit Vänligt bemötta och Alltid med Fantastisk God mat.Vi vill därför Varmt Rekommendera Mittlers Restaurant för Bra service och God Mat och Trevlig Atmosfär. It's quite difficult to find a decent restaurant in this area - but for this nice place. Food is really good quality with a nice, friendly service and for prices comparable to other (but awful) restaurants in the area. Location is not that great unfortunately (terrace overlooks a street and does not offer a direct view on the Mosel), but that is the best place to eat very decent cuisine at a reasonable price. Recommended if you don't want to go Trier.
