"We went to the steakhouse yesterday with our two children! Our youngest wanted to eat a burger after 14 days of vacation! The menu online looked good! Even for me as a vegetarian there were a few treats! Reserving a table online was super easy! There was still something online from an event from 7 p.m.! Arrived then the big disappointment! There was only a small ticket due to the event! No burger for the kids! No corn on the cob... And above all only 1!!!! Vegetarian alternative! If only it had been good... but unfortunately that was the worst food I've eaten in the Zillertal!!! A baked potato with salad the salad was so underground! Dressing not homemade. Cucumbers and tomatoes pieces so big that I could hardly get them in my mouth and especially carrots from the Glass and bag sooo sour that it was really inedible! The potatoes stuffed with vegetables were exactly 5 pieces of vegetables from the glass or can! and the whole thing for 15 € I still got full because the children ordered two grown-up castles and I could eat fries for you! Castles were probably good except for the buns! Service force was very nice! At 7.30 p.m. not 7 p.m. as described online, SUSAL started! The evening itself was really nice because of the event and even the kids danced until 11 p.m.! If we had read online that there was only a small menu due to the event, we might not have been so disappointed with the food! The atmosphere there is really nice! "Wir sind von Ramsau nach Zell gewandert und sind hier eingekehrt. Es gibt hier nicht nur Torten und Eis. Da wir Hunger hatten, konnten wir Nudeln, Brot, Mehlspeisen und noch mehr aus dem Angebot aussuchen. Mein Mann hatte Spaghetti Bolognese und ich einen Germknödel. Ich habe das erste Mal einen Germknödel gegessen und ich fand ihn sehr süß. Für mich zu süß, aber ich weiß nicht ob dieses normal ist. Aber was ich hier noch unbedingt essen möchte sind Torten. "Das Frühstucksbüffet ist einfach nur ausgezeichnet. Da passte Alles: täglich frischer Obstsalat ohne Zuckerzusatz, sehr große auswahl an Vollkorngebäck, top Aufschnitt, lecker Kaffee und Tee. Alles sehr liebevoll eingerichtet.Das Service mega freundlich und zuvorkommend.Der Welnessbereich (mit 3 verschiedenen Saunen!!) mit den Panoramafenstern und Aussicht auf dem Zillertal - atemberaubend!Die Zimmer sind sehr witzig gestaltet, es gibt keine 2 gleichen Zimmer.Das einzige was uns etwas gestört hat: unser Zimmer war leider sehr laut, lag aber wahrscheinlich an der Lage des Zimmers direkt über dem Haupteingang und der Küche.Wir fühlten uns die ganze Woche sehr wohl und möchten das Hotel wärmstens weiterempfehlen!!"
