Came for bottomless brunch, fantastic service especially from steve who was very welcoming, delicious food and great drinks. Will be back again! Made a really enjoyable day.

Filter coffee tasted like hot water with milk. Told a member of staff only to be told that filter coffee is always weak unless you order an espresso. I drink filter coffee at home, never instant and it tastes of coffee!

Late lunch time and seemed fairly busy. Ordered teas and coffee and waited, and waited, reminded member of staff and drinks eventually came. Nearly left because we had booked lunch somewhere else. The place was grubby looking, floor needed sweeping and chairs we sat on had bit of food in back crevice

popped in for coffee with my daughter, ended up staying for brunch. We ordered a cheese and ham panini and a smoked salmon and cream cheese sandwich. It was delicious, excellent value for money. Love this establishment, staff are helpful and friendly and it always presents a good vibe. Pop in next time you are in Preston

I ordered a full English breakfast but was not given the option to choose the type of eggs, only fried eggs were available. Toast was not included in the £11 price! I purchased toast separately, but it was terrible - it was dry and tasted sour. The milkshake was overly sweet, tasting like pure sugar. The service was good, however, so I cannot complain about the staff.

My friend ordered the soup, after being told it was ‘tomato and vegetable’. Began eating it only to discover it had bacon in it, my friend is vegetarian and this greatly upset her. Tried to phone to discuss with the Fishergate Moka (more incase of another customer ordering, especially someone with religious affiliations) but no answer! Staff need to tell customers if the soup has meat in it.

I visited the cafe in Fishergate, Preston. It was a fantastic experience. I had never been there before, but I will definitely be returning. The staff were extremely professional. My partner and I ordered baguettes for lunch, which were generously sized and we couldn't finish them. The staff kindly provided us with boxes to take our leftovers home. I highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back.

After suffering a heart attack in October and being on bedrest, we visited our daughter and son-in-law over the New Year. I couldn't keep up with them, so when we reached the shopping center, I needed a break. We found a clean and tidy open-plan cafe where the boss noticed my struggles and kindly helped me to my table. We ordered coffees, which came with biscuits that I jokingly mentioned I loved. The boss then surprised me with three more biscuits, showing exceptional kindness. The coffee was delicious, and all the staff were very friendly.

Awful customer service. Worst I 've had in a long time. Served by a woman with brown hair with a pink and black choker necklace . Rude and abrupt and forgot drinks off our order,when mentioned she just shrugged it off .Had a child with additional needs who started becoming dysregulated because of this as he didn 't get his drink. Paid for 2 drinks then left . Had family visiting from the lake district and thought we would go for lunch, but her attitude ruined our experience and we didn 't want to stay. We visited next door instead to a more welcoming service and atmosphere. If she can 't be be bothered dealing with people she shouldn 't be at work. Will NEVER visit again
