Monte Cristo - Menú

Leider kann ich nichts positiv von unserem letzten Besuch berichten. Das Essen dauerte fast zwei Stunden, die Bedienung verstehte kaum deutsch, das Essen war kalt und der Preis dafür zu hoch. Die Livemusik war Musik vom Band und hatte mit Russland gar nichts zu tun.

Die kleinen Portionen, die auf den Tisch kommen sind geschmacklich soweit ok, aber auch nicht mehr !!! Die Bedienung war freundlich. Aber alles sehr teuer und nicht dem hohen Preis gerechtfertigt. Die Zusammenstellung des Menüs war nicht so, wie beschrieben. Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal hier.

Wo habt ihr sowas von Servicepersonal erlebt " ruf mich wenn du fertig bist". Der Tischdecke war so schmutzig, dass wir Tisch gewechselt haben. D. Koch ist faul oder weisst nicht wie man kochen soll; z.B. Oberginien war nicht gefüllt sonder d. Füllung drauf gelegt, Salat anstatt Petersilie wird mit Sellerie serviert, oder Sellerie auf Khinkali, und und und. Dessert versprochen aber nicht serviert...

Ich war mehrfach hier und habe unterschiedliche Erfahrungen gemacht. Zuletzt war ich oben im Salon zu einer privaten Veranstalung eingeladen, das war hervorragend. Die Qualität vom Essen war ausgezeichnet , kein Vergleich zum ersten Mal im Restaurant im Keller. Die Leistung der Küche und Service scheint tagesformabhängig zu sein. Aufgrund der aktuellen Erfahrung kann ich das Lokal empfehlen und würde selbst auch wieder hingehen

Das im Keller befindliche Restaurant hat einige gemütliche Ecken und auch eine Tanzfläche. Es gibt eine Garderobe gegen Gebühr. Die Bedienung ist sehr nett und freundlich und die Speisen waren sehr schmackhaft und teilweise für den deutschen Gaumen neu und sehr interessant. Zu empfehlen ist unter anderem der gemischte VorspeisentellerAlles in allem ein Restaurant mit guter russisch-kaukasischer Küche und gutem Service.Ein kleines Minus gibt es für fehlende Parkmöglichkeiten. Aber dieses Schicksal teilen auch andere Restaurants.Alles in allem

The evening started well and the waitress was very helpful ... but it seemed that not everything on the menu was available ... they soon ran out of beer ... apparently there were only 9 beers. Main coarse was not good for everyone. Well stuffed chicken was a disaster and the chicken kebab was less than average. Wine was well over priced. The waitress disappeared after serving main and wasn't seen again for about an hour. There were only 2 or 3 other tables were in use being served by another waitress. In the end we had to go and get the bill because our waitress would not come to the table.

We visited this restaurant with a friend who had been 5 years previously, she said it was excellent. It is no longer excellent! the service started great and ended as a 0 star as the waitress hid in the kitchen and had no interest in serving the table. Ran out of beer, could not offer items that were on the menu. The stuffed chicken breast with mushroom was not a breast and resembled a scotch egg with missing egg. Deep fried and the sauteed potatoes were deep fried wedges. Over priced drinks!!! Over priced food!! There was no point in complaining as it was clear that they had no interest in the quality of food and customer satisfaction.

I have been to many Russian, Ukrainian and Georgian restaurants and I have to say that Monte Cristo is the worst one I have ever tried. This place is extremely overpriced and the food is very bad. I wouldn't mind paying the price if the food was good.Besides the food there is live music time to time. It is a very loud disco music, back from the soviet union times. The Singer is just reading the text from the computer like in Karaoke and tries to sing. It is so loud, that you can't even talk during the dinner.If you are a lot of people, they first bring a lot of salads and only couple of hours later comes the real food. An einem Freitagabend waren wir im Monte Cristo Essen. Die Karte war viel versprechend, das Essen war jedoch enttäuschend. Das Schweinefleisch-Schaschlik schmeckte akzeptabel, aber auch nicht mehr. Die Bratkartoffeln entpuppten sich als Kartoffel-Ecken. Meine Begleitung bestellte die Osmanische Pfanne (Lammfleischstreifen mit Gemüse, überbacken). Nach den "Lammstücken" musste man lange suchen, besser man hätte sie jedoch nicht gefunden. Meiner Begleitung sagte das Essen nicht zu … das gab mir Gelegenheit selbst zu probieren. Das "Lamm" war trocken und schmeckte streng, es war wohl eher vom Bock statt vom Lamm. Mir verging der Appetit, ich wollte davon auch keinen Bissen mehr. Die fetttriefen...
