My wife and I have visited this café multiple times while shopping. The selection of items is excellent and the prices are exceptional in the current era. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Shabby, poorly run establishment. You have to be really hungry to eat here ! Left over food dirty plates are left on the tables. Low on staff hygiene levels. Preparation too has also much to be desired. Ver carta

Took a long time to order on computer while a long line of people behind were held up.Actual breakfast took25 mins to arrive due to staff shortage.When we left the computer was no longer working and orders being taken manually will not be returning until service standards improve.

Very poor food over cook and dry service was ok no black pudding but extra sausage toast was on the very dark on one side and Marg instead of better ever would go there again use to be one of the best places to eat maybe Morrison should consider getting rid of there cafe because it not just this one that bad

We ordered 3 adult burgers. They arrived to be what looked like a child’s portion. Couldn’t eat the chips because they were rock hard and uncooked. No check back was given. Server didn’t provide us with cutlery and soon vanished after delivering the food. The drinks were watered down and tasted awful. And on top of everything, the floor was filthy. Won’t be returning. The cafe's trays were dirty. The staff at the back were talking and it took three attempts to place an order at the till. A man had trouble getting his coffee because one machine was out of order and the other was self-cleaning and then didn't work properly. The food took 25 minutes to come out, and when it did, the sausage and chips were cold. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Morrisons petrol station the staff are the most miserable people I’ve ever met have been a few times mostly pay at pump but changed my gas bottle for caravan and the person was so grumpy and unhelpful that I was glad to get out of the their, asked the price today and was met with a pointed finger above her head at a rice list near the ceiling and a grumpy no bottles available please Morrisons front line staff should b at least polite to customers and not make you feel uncomfortable please smile staff and enjoy your work or just move on

We decided to go in for breakfast as it was a relatively quiet morning in store and were greeted by Michelle who was very cheery and inviting. She had noticed my boots and expressed how she too was a fan of the brand (Fairfax Favour) and we all got talking about our love for their products other interests alongside it! She was very friendly and chatty, making us feel welcomed and was happy to make small adjustments to our meal as requested which came out to us promptly and was thoroughly enjoyed! All in all we had a very pleasant experience and then went on to pick up a few items from in store itself. Very much appreciated! Ver carta
