We booked 2 rooms ended up in a barn it had 2 rooms it was poor full of flies and smelly no luxury at all. Wouldn’t recommend this hotel are a room

Nice but my medium rare steak was medium to well cooked. A second one was brought it was definitely rare… A shame and a fairly simple thing to get right

We were staying in Thetford forest and decided on last minute meal out. The lady at The Swan was very helpful, we sat outside as we had our dog with us. But meals service were brilliant! Ver carta

Overnight stay with breakfast. Recently decorated, spotless, perfectly powerful shower, beds comfy. All-you-can eat breakfast was plentiful delicious. Staff very friendly could not do more to help.

Part of our exploration of dog-friendly pubs in North Norfolk, the Swan was our last lunch stop, to which we then returned for breakfast on the way home. Genuinely dog-friendly, with water bowls and plenty of space for quick pit stop. Food a traditional pub... Ver carta

Saw this pub on the way to a show ground and thought it looked inviting. Called in on the way back again on the off chance of a table. Decided to sit outside in the lovely evening sunshine. Service very swift and efficient and food arrived during the first half of a drink going down. Plates were lovely and warm and good very tasty and good value for money. Just wish this was our local back home!!

We stopped off here en route to Burnham Overy Town Friday evening before the bank holiday. It was busy both inside and out, as soon as we appeared in the doorway of the pub and a scottish gentleman behind the bar greeted us and advised we could have a table but it would have to be outside as they were full. We sat in the tent area as it was getting a bit chilly, we were served promptly, and yummy starters arrived quickly, I had a prawn dish which was delicious. For a family birthday celebration we selected the Swan. Evidently a popular destination, judging by the busy car park (not to mention their many 'good ' and 'excellent ' reviews , we were not disappointed! A traditional pub, with separate areas (rooms accommodating well spaced tables, clean and fresh. Once seated at our table, we couldn 't see the bar/waiting staff most of the time, nevertheless, the service was excellent: as if by magic, staff were always on hand when we needed anything!
