met with hostile welcome,rude staff burnt food never no sugar,coffee machines always out service,not very good service i will never recommed this place

Food was awful. We ordered two all day breakfast. All we could eat was a sausage. Everything was dried up. Staff just said we should’ve bought it back for a refund so obviously leaving most of eat does not eat warrant a refund!

July 2nd, got here and ordered a hot chocloate, sausage bap and apple crumble at 11.10. The hot chocolate came out as just milk, Took nearly an hour to get the bap while others who had ordered a while after me were getting their within 15-20 minutes of ordering. Then when I asked for them to bring me the crumble they had no clue. Came back 10 mins later and told me they didn't have any and weren't serving any more hot food. Ended up asking for a refund as I was not happy at all. Not going here again

Ultimate breakfast you say? If you think an undercooked egg and a dripping piece of fried bread is adequate then you need to have a serious review into your standards. Everything is undercooked or overcooked, sausages burnt and also had no black pudding even though it's advertised on the menu, when we asked a member of staff he said he'd sort it and never came back. Tables a mess and it's so disorganized now it's not worth the trip anymore. Go anywhere but here even if you have to pay a little extra.

Myself and my colleuges went for lunch on two seperate occasions , each time most of us recieved the wrong order so we carried out the usual action to bring it to someones attention we were met with passive aggressive natured woman who was astonished that we would have the audacity to ask for the food we paid for. We have witnessed several outbursts at diners by the staff so might i suggest you screen your employees or perhaps pay for them to attend some anger management courses. Thought I would go and have breakfast at Morrisons cafe, the menu looked good and unlimited hot drinks great. The cafe was very quiet so plenty of places to sit, coffee was good got our own from the machine however I can only give it 2 stars because the food was not very nice, everything apart from the toast was slightly warm at best, the egg was overcooked and solid, both my sausages were overcooked and black at one end, the black pudding very dry. I was disappointed that nothing appeared freshly cooked apart from the toast. Would I go again no nor would I advise others, TBH you are betting going somewhere else which for the same price you can get far better quality and freshly cooked. Sham...

Our first visit as a local and we had 2 half price full breakfasts a pot of tea and a latte. Service at the till took a long time as they were taking orders then leaving the till to deliver food. Around our table the floor was filthy, bits of food everywhere. When i was picking the cutlery it was a job to pick some that looked clean. When the food arrived it was quite tasty but instead of a hashbrown we were given chips and instead of a flat mushroom we were given button mushrooms. We should of been told they had ran out of stuff when ordering not just change the order and give us it. Once known for the very best 'eat in ' fish and chips in the area. Want to waste £6? Evidently, wrapping deep fried battered fish in tinfoil guarantees a soggy mess by the time home is reached only 2 miles away. The cafe assistant was pleasant and polite but she didn 't see inside the cardboard box. I can cook chips far better. Mushy peas were fine but they were processed in a factory elsewhere. Morrisons Verwood has a very good wet fish selection. Suggest DIY fish and chips. More of an effort but a worse quality outcome would be unlikely. Absolutely discusting customer service at this cafe. Staff were very rude, loud, uncouth and clearly uneducated. One member of staff was constantly swearing at customers.... we had to wait 45 mins for our food and then when we politely asked why it had taken so long the reply we got beggers belief. We were shouted at and basically told it was tough and if we didnt like it then we should leave. The staff were clearly un educated and extremely rude for no reason at all.
