"Definitiv zu empfehlen! Mein Partner und ich haben an dem 4-tätigen Silvester-Arrangement 2023/2024 teilgenommen und unsere Erwartungen wurden übertroffen. Die Atmosphäre ist angenehm, man wird direkt persönlich von Johannes und Lisa begrüßt (sehr sympathisches junges Paar und der Service ist einwandfrei. Das Essen ist vielfältig, super lecker und auch üppig. Außerdem ist die Lage an der Mosel auch im Winter toll. Man merkt, dass das Haus alt ist und ein paar wenige Kleinigkeiten am Zimmer könnten gemacht werden, jedoch ist das insgesamt durch das historische Ambiente halb so wild. Fazit: Nur zu empfehlen! Wir kommen auch außerhalb des Arrangements nochmal! :"

"I've been quite disappointed by the hotel. We stayed for 2 nights over Pentecost on site, 2 persons with a small dog. The room has a very old equipment, especially the bathroom has come very years, on the balcony stood the classic white plastic chairs, charm did not really come up. On the first evening we booked a 4-course menu and had to wait one hour for the first walk. I also complained after that, as a justification I was called a lack of personnel. Basically, I can understand this, but it is a kind of communication. Also I had to order a glass of wine 2x as it was forgotten. The quality of the food was very good. Sunday brunch and breakfast also, here is a big compliment. On Sunday evening we were four in the restaurant and unfortunately the service left to wish again. We had to ask 2x for a portion of olive oil and instead of a bottle of wine we got grape juice. The accumulation of these mistakes in combination with the living room and the yet high price, upset us and we will not come back. I have also expressed some of this criticism personally on site and would have made it even more, but I was not asked how I liked it at check out. Addendum: I have now received a letter that an application for the removal of this assessment has been made. Rating and booking were made under the same name, so I am more than amazed that the hotel tries to delete under the pretext that the rating cannot be assigned."

"Very delicious food. There is only one point deduction because the portions are quite small. It's good for me, but that's because I'm afraid I can't eat so much through a stomach op. My friend must always take an appetizer otherwise it doesn't long. Nevertheless we are happy to come back."

"in the late summer I had my wife a weekend of extra class in the 4 stars weinhotel st. stephanus mosel (on ebay first, clear! and since we were never in this opposite, what good weather should be, I booked a bmw z4 at europcar with which we wanted to go to the mosel. the offer of the hotel st. stephanus, included two overnight stays with breakfast, free use of sauna and pool, a welcome drink and a 5-gourmet menu from the kitchen of the cleanser. (this restaurant has received in the gault millau 14 of 20 reachable points, so that a real peak gasification! after a nice day in the mosel and visit several famous cities such as bernkastel kues, traben trabach and last but not least trier (of course always with delicious mosel wine tasting, logical! , we have restarted our hotel to take our 5 cursor menu. our expectations were really full and after the carpaccio of organic bark in truffle butter (1.Gang , after a tomaten cream there were plenty (2.Gang , a poched salmon fillet in saffron espuma with parmesanrisotto (3.Gang . for the conclusion there were cheese variations (4.Gang and a chocolate yogurt with banish. the ambiente of the restaurant has been adapted to eat and who wants to experience or give away something extraordinary should book here once. Of course, it is not quite super-priced (logo!, but it was certainly worth every spent cent. the hotel room and the beds also corresponded to our expectations and as the weather suitable, we could also sit our breakfast on the free (terasse, picture 6 with views of the mosel. really nice! we had, or I, had an additional highlight at this weekend, because we were also the European ferrari 250gto club in our hotel. I could admire and photograph great vehicles. all in all, this weekend was one of the best places I had ever booked!"
