The worst I have experienced in Uk. Queues for loos both sexes. Grubby. Dirty. Smelly. Altogether dreadful. Avoid at all costs.

Who ever cleans the toilets here needs to think about a career change as they are not up to it!! Toilets were filthy, one even had s**t written in s**t on the wall!!

All of the men's restrooms were closed. There was a long line of men waiting to use the shared women's restroom. Oh my god, Moto, you had one job! This is unacceptable. Ver carta

If you're coeliac on the M6, keep driving. Costa had the inevitable chocolate brownie or millionaire shortcake. Even M&S let us down. Ended up making up my own sandwiches from bits purchased at M&S. Feeling discriminated against.

This restaurant review is absolutely terrible! The service station is the worst in the entire UK. The bathroom facilities were absolutely appalling. If you need to make a stop, I highly recommend not stopping here and instead driving on.

From dirty windows to food on the floor. Table and chairs are never clean and tidy. Annoying Peppa pig machine. Limited choice of hot food. Not everyone wants an over priced burger from lack lustre staff at BK Or cold food that should be hot from Greggs. Or limited sandwiches from Costa. People Especially drivers staying overnight want a decent hot meal at a fair price. They can look after drivers in Europe but not in uk. Ver carta

This restaurant is deteriorating. I complained about the dirty tables near Burger King, but the cleaner was just standing by the toilets doing nothing. There were rats running around on the artificial grass outside the dining area. It seems like no one cares about maintaining the cleanliness of the place. It really needs to be shut down. It's dirty, untidy, and poorly maintained, with no one seemingly in charge. I was told that the shift manager was actually the person serving in Greggs.

Ordered a coffee from the costa and saw that they offered free babyccinos for the kids so I ordered two of them. Was asked if I wanted milk or chocolate so I chose chocolate. Realised afterwards I had been charged for the babyccinos and when I questioned it I was told oh yeah the chocolate ones aren't free! There is no indication of this on the price board and I feel this is false advertising...OK so its only £2 but that's not the point. If something is advertised as free it should be free

Today at around 8.15am. 2 workers, only had an issue with one. Woman at costa is so rude, I asked if they had a specific drink and she condescendingly said “no we don’t have it darling” like she was frustrated to have been asked that. Like sorry for checking? Really bad attitude. Of course, I’m not going to be polite to someone so incredibly rude, I made sure not to say please and thank you and she caught on at the end when I asked if there was tissues anywhere and she said “please? ” (I wasn’t even asking her for one, I asked are there any tissues anywhere so I could get it myself, last thing I wanted to do was ask this rude woman for a favor) swallowed the urge to say doesn’t feel nice wh...
