Went here with friends as a group of 6, staff were friendly, kind and helpful. Atmosphere was nice and the food was gorgeous, to eat and look at, almost to pretty to eat.

Really great, fresh food with really generous portion sizes (would recommend the falafel wrap The service was amazing too, and can tell the staff really care about their service and customers

one of my favorite places in balham to get a good meal, either sit and eat lunch or take it home in a busy day. they have these yams meal were they can choose and make their own box, wraps whatever u can think of...of is always fresh and tasty! is not expensive and I think is a great value for money Ver carta

Whilst most coffee shops was closed (due to Covid) this little gem of a coffee shop remained open (Social Distancing) of course in place .. serving the community in Balham. The salad box with pomegranate(s) is lovely, along with the pasta, avocado black olives....... yummy!!! Well done guys for Saving The Day .....

I can eat that or the atmosphere at a raised not knock, I was several times. Unfortunately, I was hopeful that the loooongg waiting times were only cumbersome, but I was wrong. it is such a scandal, because this is a beautiful little place, but almost. an hour waiting for avocado toast is just ridiculous! please pick up another support cook!

the cutlery holder was baked in old ketchup and the serviettes placed with the cutlery also had old food on them. most of the food tasted good, although some tastefully prepacked super market purchased (pantcakes) and not freshened. there is no ventilation in. a room caffe and it was very stuffy to the point of uneasy. not worth the money was a court £15 for an breakfast. give me a break. would not recommend. we first called to the brunch and were so impressed. the eating is amazing with a huge selection of dressed on the menu and the personal are all super friendly and attentive, although it was so busy when we were there....We were also really impressed by the portion sizes, we ordered packings that have a huge Moroccan salad (also amazing) and hummus, which quite a lot of a meal in itself. we will be 100% back!

HOB is such a gem in Balham. We started visiting HOB for coffee and cocktails during lockdown, and we also ordered brunch via delivery several times which never disappointed. We recently had the chance to dine in for brunch a few weeks ago and the...service was wonderful and the food unmatched. By far my favorite breakfast spot in Balham. We are sad to hear that HOB will be closed for two weeks during Lockdown 2, but we can't wait to go back as soon as they open!

This is a wonderful little cafe on the high street of Balham. My husband had a traditional breakfast which was just what he needed after travelling. My daughter and I had the vegan breakfast which I must say is the best breakfast either of us...has ever had. Everything was cooked to perfection, the wilted spinach was just right still slightly crispy. The beans were wonderful with a Turkish twist. The freshly squeezed orange juice was cold and refreshing. I wholeheartedly recommend this lovely place. Ver carta
