Mühle in Gersbach - Carta

Not exactly easy to reach but worth a trip. I used to eat there as a kid after Skiing many years ago (45 damn times go by) and it developed into a great restaurant over the years

we had been looking forward to Rehrückenfilet, but after the order it was said that there were none. The ordered varieties of calfs cubes were rock-hard, the carvings were not delicate at all. we were very disappointed. Especially because it was really good.

on 07.07. In 2016 we were the first time in this great restaurant with the unique kitchen. Today we benefited from the 3 course menue for legendary euro 34.- all inclusive of the polite servic unique. warm congratulations and many thanks for the successful evening. Ver carta

it starts with the reservation - friendly, dedicated staff, binding consultation. very pleasant ambiente in three different areas, clean and fresh.The food is not long waiting for itself and is loving and tasty prepared. we visited the mill in a larger family group - all were very done.

we had reserved in the garden under the week night but would have found this place without any problems. fine apero, whether or not alcohol-free. to eat entercôte. fine and fresh supplement. the meat unfortunately somewhat too long in the pan, a pity. somewhat strange and little kulant appears that on the bill the change requested during the order (not additionally) from caffe de paris sauce to sauce hollondaise was separately charged. does not have to be at the level of gastronomy, so of course it should be possible.

august 2016 - extended weekend.The chef is present and welcomes guests. the staff is helpful and friendly. hotel in quiet location. large parking lot also the dog can be taken with you against a small fee. there is then a cure frolic. the rooms are clean and practical. unfortunately there is no ch channel on TV. the breakfast is very good.
