I know hospitality has had a really tough time lately, but businesses like this deserve to go bust. Avoid like the plague unless you like terrible service."

not saved, the website was not told functioning. only 2 bar staff with 20 minutes waiting.

Was told the online booking I'd made and confirmed wasn't valid. Also totally inadequate staffing for predictably large numbers.

The venue had no record of our reservation so we didn't manage to dine there! There were many customers with the same complaint. It was very inconvenient and disappointing! Ver carta

Deeply disappointed, the booking was not honoured nor recognised. The venue was not set up for dinning or able to accommodate diners. Frustrating and disappointing in equal measure. Not impressed.

an absolute cabinet of a place, online booked and when we arrived, they told us that the online booking service had not worked for the year! hardly personal. I wasn't there and I'll never be there again.

not disturbing to book here on busy days. we booked before the eagles concert in stadion for dinner. the place was marmelade, no free tables and we could not be near the bar to ask about our booking. the cook has shaken his shoulders. we eat in a burger van in the murrayfield stage. we have booked and confirmed. we have there and there was no table and no eating. it also took time to get a drink. the barmann said the electronic system didn't work! how can I book and confirm and get no table. this is not to do with the “system” but the bar itself. they just couldn't finish. the day of tbh spoiled.

Open table bookings are not honoured, food isn’t served until after 4pm when we had booked online for 2.30pm as had a concert in nearby murrayfield stadium, only 1 person behind the bar who spent more time on phone than trying to organise and get through queue at bar. Ended up leaving due to all of this. Will not be back
