"Welch ein Genuss und Glück in dieser "Apotheke" so excellent essen und trinken zu dürfen. Die hellen Räume sind gut strukturiert und werthaltig eingerichtet: auch hier schon ein Hinweis auf das Ansinnen der Gastgeber: das Wesentliche, das aber gut. Der Blick in die offene Küche lässt die kleine Küchenbrigade beobachten, leise, hochkonzentriert und ein gelegentlicher freundlicher Blick zu den Gästen. Diese werden durch eine überaus freundliche und herzliche Mitarbeiterin empfangen, die sie auch danach fachkompetent und souverän betreut. Die Speisekarte orientiert sich an der Machbarkeit für ein kleines Team mit zwei Menüs, Pur und Elegant, wobei das letzte sich wirklich bis zum letzten 7ten Gang mühelos geniessen lässt. Die Gerichte: eine optische Pracht, filigran, kein Gigi, kein Übermaß, sondern eine absolut akzentuierte, feinmaschige Darbietung von Geschmackserlebnissen vom kleinsten Krümel bis zu dem optimal gegarten Rehfilet "sous-vide" , Diese Zubereitungsart ist natürlich gerade hier vor Ort nicht nur organisatorisch ideal, sondern bringt auch aussergewöhnliche Resultate gerade bei den Fleischgängen. Die sympathische, preislich sehr reelle Weinkarte erweitert den 80km Radius erfreulicherweise und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Die "Genussapotheke" ist ein Ort der Vertiefung in analytisches, spannendes Essvergnügen und sichert sich wohltuend einen Platz unter den Restaurants, die nicht kochen, um des Satt-Machens willen, sondern die eigenen hohen Ansprüche an Qualität und Kreativität verwirklichen. "my friend and I visited here on a busy Sunday afternoon. the service was good, the Italian employees were probably in their third speech in connection with us, but we all could understand. the menu is only available in German or Italian, but. because we both at home had a lot of Italian eaten what we wanted to eat was not a problem. my friend had a parmesan salat lasting from delicious parmesan cheese, tomato, rocket and balsamic dressing. we both loved it. I had the antipasto della fall and it was also wonderful. a selection of local meat and cheese, with rocket and balsamic dressing. the free brot that accompanied the meal was great to make small sandwiches from my antipasto, and to mopping the delicious dressing. the other customers seemed mainly to order pizza, it was a warm day, so pasta was not a popular choice. the pizzas all looked amazing! there are seats in the open, and the seats in the ground floor have a lateral view into the kitchen so that they can see how the food is prepared. there is also a large dining room in the upper floor."

"Meine Kolleginnen und ich haben einen guten Italiener in Bad Säckingen gesucht, um uns auch mal von unserem stressigen Arbeitstag Alltag zu erholen. Durch den Chef der jeden Tag bei uns einkaufen kommt, sind wir dann auf das Restaurant gekommen und müssen sagen es war hervorragend. Der Service war ausgezeichnet alle waren sehr freundlich und hatten ein Lächeln parat, das Essen war sehr lecker und frisch zubereitet wir kommen gerne wieder vielen Dank für den guten Empfang!"

"I ate here in May 2017.First of all the building itself is probably the most picturesque thing in the entire town. Beautiful vintage facade with an interior similarly decorated.all the waitresses wear traditional German dresses and are very friendly.After I had managed to translate the menu and order some lovely bread was brought out to me in what looked like a chef's hat! Charming and delicious.I then had a lovely fresh salad with a nice dressing.For the main, I then I had a meat trio of pork, beef and chicken with Mediterranean veg and fried potatoes . The chicken and pork were delicious however the beef was overdone and tough.Overall the food was quite good and I would like to try some more items from their menu but the real draw and memorable part of the meal was the decor and the staff."
