Nando's - Carta

Very helpful staff, clean and quick. Music was loud and I asked them to turn it down. They kindly did so. The food was hot and tasty and the usual food that they offer.

Vic, our server, was amazing! She took great care of us throughout our meal, always smiling even when she was busy. It really made a difference! Thank you! (The food was excellent as well!)

The work ethic and level of service at this Nando's is very good. All very hard working employees. Special mention to Rob work horse. Keep up the great work guys. If I'm ever in Stoke again, will definitely visit. Ver carta

The food at this restaurant is absolutely delightful, and the staff is exceptional. Craig deserves special recognition for his thorough explanation of the spice range and how hot and spicy you prefer your dish. Additionally, Phil is always pleasant, smiling, and makes us feel welcomed every time we visit.

Not easy to get a refund!! We had to cancel an item ordered by mistake for £8 and cancelled later. We had to fill in a paper form with lots of personal details to claim the refund. It would take 3 5 days apparently!! This is the most archaic system of refunds I had come across in a decade. Even the smallest of shops can issue a refund using contactless cards. Too bad for a big chain like this. Managers and customers please note!!

This was my first time dining at Nando’s and I was pleasantly surprised. It met my expectations and although it wouldn't be my top choice for a repeat visit, I wouldn't mind going back for another work event. The food was decent, with generous portion sizes except for the halloumi which was a bit small given the price. The drinks were a bit pricey, but the free refills made up for it. The chicken was flavorful and not dry, earning it a solid 4 out of 5 rating in my books. Ver carta

Greeted by a lovely waitress who showed us to a table, explained the ordering. Ordered food via the app. Food was very quick, a little too quick to be freshly made (half roast chicken and butterfly chicken) it looked beige and soggy, no crispy skin and a leg and thigh, placed together to make it look like half a chicken. You could easily see it was a frozen chicken prior,then microwaved! The rainbow slaw was beautiful though. Toilets were spotless and the music gave it the authentic atmosphere. Not sure I'd return due to microwaved chicken. That's NOT authentic. Sorry.

Me and my partner arrived in the evening as soon as we stepped a foot in the building we was ignored by staff/ waiters who was walking around on there phone ect. We had to go and seat ourself and still had not been approached by any waiter , we ordered our food and drinks and waited 20 minutes to be bought our glasses (we had to go and ask for them). There was a group of young boys who came after and got served right away as by the looks of it the waiter new them and was dishing out discounts to the whole table while still ignoring us. Finally we got our food and it was horrid to say the least. The mash was crispy and the food was covered in grease. The tables was filthy too. Across from us...

Really disappointed with this trip. I’ve had better service in a packed branch in London. I took my boyfriend here to celebrate his birthday and I can honestly say that this visit nearly ruined his day. Waitresses were miserable and seemed like they couldn’t care less. We waited just over 50 minuets for our food. We watched a table of 4 (who got there after we did) get their food 20-30 minuets before ours. Our order was for one wrap with peri chips and one pita. 3 items. We eventually caved and asked our waitress how long we had to wait and was told ‘if you just ordered mains it should only be 10-20 minuets’ she went to check on our food and miraculously it was ready.
