"I had a truly disappointing experience at Nandos Middlebrook due to extremely poor service and an incorrect order. I ordered takeaway and was told it would take around 10 minutes, but ended up waiting 35 minutes, despite the restaurant not being busy. Several customers who arrived after me received their food, so I had to ask about my order, only to find out it had been left sitting in the hot cupboard. I had been waiting there for 35 minutes, and not a single staff member checked on me when my food was packed. As a result, the food was cold by the time I received it. When I raised my concerns, I was told it would be fine, but it was obviously not. To top it off, when I got home, I discovered they had given me plain chips instead of the peri peri chips I had ordered, and there was no peri peri salt included. I am extremely disappointed with the service and will not be returning to Nandos Middlebrook. Very poor experience overall."
