super fresh. we waited 30 minutes to get a table, but it was worth it. gyoza and tenshin han were impressive. ramen was good, but wished the flesh was softer. comes back definitiw.

there is a variety of choices from different Japanese oriented. these are very authentic. also a very friendly and accommodating restaurant. the hygienic concept would also be implemented by partition walls in a mandatory manner.

Zugegeben, ich bin nicht so der große Ramen Spezialist, aber: Geschmack eher fade, dafür aber eine geballte Ladung Salz, Gemüse zerkocht, schwamm in einer sämigen Art Bratensauce... Vorkasse, nur Kartenzahlung...mir erschloss sich nicht so ganz, warum am Eingang eine so lange Schlange war...

die gerichte waren sehr lecker besonders die ramen-suppe war frisch und die gewürze waren perfekt dosiert das personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam das interieur des restaurants war klein aber gemütlich die lage war ebenfalls sehr zentral und gut erreichbar die preise waren angemessen für die qualität der speisen
