As a large family we enjoyed all the dosas, uttapam, curries and naans! It was brilliant for veggies and meat eaters and tasted fresh and delicious. Staff were helpful and friendly. Thanks!

Excellent as per the reviews. This is proper South Indian food with great dosa, vada, incredible bread and fabulous mushroom rice. A testament to how good this place must be, is the presence of many Indian families dining there. Highly recommended.

I was craving some mini dosas and decided to try Navratan for the first time. I discovered a hidden gem at the south end of Croydon. The chef was great and the service was excellent. My family had a wonderful Sunday dinner and we are now ready for Monday. Ver carta

If you're looking for a delicious dosa, look no further than this restaurant. The sambar is outstanding and I always request a larger serving. I also suggest trying the Chilli Mogo and Chilli Cauliflower starters. Overall, a fantastic choice for South Indian cuisine.

Visited this lovely family run restaurant for the first time on Saturday… and had to come back on Thursday for more! Some fantastic options for vegetarians, including crisp dosa, spicy chilli fried dishes and some very nice lassis. The staff were very attentive and we had great meals both times. Highly recommend!

Me and my husband went there a couple of weeks ago and I forgot to add the review and now finally doing it. We had dosa, lemon rice and fish curry and it was super delicious and presented very well. The owner (I think a respectable old man) was very nice and friendly and made sure that we are comfortable and enjoying our food. I will definitely be taking my son and family there soon. We went to Navaratna's for my husband's birthday dinner. The highlights were the mango lassi, lemon rice and the paneer masala curry. I only had veg so cannot comment on the meat dishes but it was nice that the restaurant was both veg and non-veg friendly which made it easier for my family with different requirements. The staff were friendly and made sure dishes were nut-free when required. The ambience was pleasant and it was all at a very reasonable price.

We ended up coming to this restaurant after our original reservation at a curry house fell through on the day we were supposed to go. We were pleasantly surprised to find this hidden gem just down the road. Despite its small size, the food was absolutely delicious, packed with flavor and left us eager to return the next day. The staff were friendly and the chef even came out to check if we enjoyed our meal. If you're a fan of authentic, flavorful curries, then this place is definitely worth a visit.

I have been coming here for years with a friend and we always thoroughly enjoy our meal here. This is a top spot for Dosa and authentic South Indian Cuisine. We have the same dishes all the time paneer majestic, chicken 65 to start with, followed by one of the delicious dosas on offer. And at every visit the food is delicious, fresh and tastes the same as our first visit which is the the reason why we keep coming!!!. We always feel welcome and receive excellent customer care here. The chef also makes an appearance to greet customers and is open to recieving feedback from customers. We are so pleased that they are still open after the pandemic.
