"a beautiful little pub in the heart of soho. its relitiw small environments can be a little overcrowded to time, but this is alleviated by the fact that, with Clement weather, they can also stand out while they pint their. if they are above average, they are a little mission in the Gents toilets. make sure they kidnap when they go down to reach the toilets. no problem with the women's laubators, which are on the same level as the main ones. it also has a beautiful upper floor space for private functions. I personally enjoyed being there for a birthday party a few years ago. it's great that you think you're a pint or two before you go down somewhere or spend a afternoon or evening somewhere."

Lovely pub in Soho. Staff are friendly, beer changes regularly and is always clean and you can get a pie. Would recommend it.

My friend had a beer spilled on them by the bartender and the bartender tried to blame her for what was obviously their mistake. Shame because I liked the place up up until then but I won't be back anytime soon after this. Ver carta

A quirky corner street boozer in the heart of Soho. Lovely staff with a welcome. Good variety of beers with plenty of keg and a few casks for those who like their beer in the true English style. Pies are on the menu for anyone hungry. A lovely place for a pleasant pint.

I went here when I wanted to eat something, and they were serving pie ministers cake here. the location is easy to find, directly at the soho square. When I arrived, I received a warm welcome and very helpful staff. eating was nice and hot and well presented. will go back when I'm in london.

big pub eating is amazing, so my man says, unfortunately I am gluten intolerance and they had removed the fish cake to add Christmas choices, so there was nothing for me to eat) all different types of cake. a great vibe and pub with eating in the upper floor. all staff were very friendly and helpful. Great pub, I've been going to this pub for over 15 years. Last night the footpath police were rude, aggressive and at one point stopped me going into the pub for a round of drinks. No doubt their job is a difficult one, but start the conversation with politeness and cut the aggression towards your customers, simply not wanted.

I 've rated this as Mid range in terms of price, but only because your bill will creep into double figures. For £10.50 you get a fabulous pie, mash, gravy and side dish. I had the Blue Moo (steak and stilton) topped with crispy shallots, and it was perfect. This was a work lunch, with people of 5 different nationalities UK, USA, India, Spain and Thailand and we were all agreed this was a great choice of destination.

"The decor of the restaurant is really lovely. We were greeted as soon as we arrived. We placed our orders quite briskly. We received complimentary bread and olives, which was a nice touch. Our Bruchetta starter arrived a whole hour after we arrived, which was disappointing and far too long to wait for a cold and easy starter. The menu did not specify that the prawns on one of the bruschettas were raw! The waiter said service was slow because they were busy with Uber Eats and Deliveroo. Clearly not prioritising paying customers, who pay a 12.5% service charge, unlike online customers. Eventually, our main courses arrived. My pasta was only just cooked, so close to being undercooked and hard. They ran out of ricotta and replaced it with the tiniest amount of cheese so I asked for some more. Since ricotta was supposed to be the main ingredient of the dish. The tuna steak was lovely, and the veal could have done with a thinner breadcrumb batter. The sides, chips and zucchini, were £4.50 and very small portions for such a cheap side. So that was slightly disappointing. Overall, the pinot grigio white wine was very drinkable, and they brought tap water when we asked for it. And the whole staff were very polite. It was a shame the service was so slow, and the food could have been better for the price that it was. We also felt it was overpriced for the location it was, zone 2 London and not in the West End."
