"I and my wife have stopped at the cafe at about 20:00 to have a drink. The place was half-empty. After waiting for more than 10 min at the table outside I approached the guy at the bar and asked him to serve us. He answered that he does not speak English and I need to learn French to place an order. The guy was very rude and was speaking very aggressively, so I approached a girl who was busy with the computer. She told me to wait a while, but I noticed that the guy then approached the girl pointing and looking at me with anger. We just left this dangerous place."

to do absolutely!!!! The neo is a top bar. staff, decor, atmosphere, cocktails. We started with the aperitif and as they were so well we dined there, and still not disappointed. Bravo to everyone and thank you.
