It worth to visit this great restaurant if you fish food lover and are in Paestum. Food was very tasty and fresh. One of the best from my experience in Italy. Outstanding panorama you may see temples constructed hundreds year b.c. Pricy place, not so much. Excellent service and friendly environment. Ver carta

The whole place is fantastic, the outdoor view is amazing and the internals are beautiful. The service a bit shabby, perhaps communications between waiting staff, food is not as I expected. A bit over priced for the quality of food. The lobster was chewy and risotto seafood a bit poor. Overall ok. Maybe just one of those nights.

bellissimi rinfreschi storici adiacenti agli scavi di paestum. la posizione è mozzafiato proprio accanto al tempio di nettuno. il prezzo è un po 'alto ma le materie prime utilizzate sono eccellenti e poi....con una vista in modo da poter accettare. personale cortese e professionale. consigliato per una cena romantica o per eventi.

We had a lovely time at Restaurant Nettuno. The location is amazing, it’s right insider the archeological area and you dine in front of the Nettuno temple! Food was also very tasty and prices are not that expensive at all! Bottle of wine was only 25€! they are also rated on the Michelin guide, I would recommend to anyone who is staying in the area. Wonderful location remarkably close to the temples of Paestum, historical place in the area, lack of cleanliness, lacking service of sympathy and professionalism, serious errors in receiving orders and extremely late, the menu, exclusively of fish is average, I recommend the fish soup, also if the portions are small. Value for money not satisfactory. In conclusion, there are much superior fish restaurants in the area.

la struttura risale agli inizi del XIX secolo, la posizione è incredibile perché gli spazi esterni dei locali sono parte integrante della zona archeologica dei templi di paestum. Avere cena da sfondo i templi maestosi è una bella esperienza. la cucina che ho provato non mi ha colpito particolarmente, non all'altezza della struttura e delle aspettative, con poco carattere e scarsa originalità, piatti troppo salati: fritturina di calamari e zucchine, risotto di mare, millefoglie dicomposta. il numeroso personale, molto gentile, sembrava piuttosto raro al servizio. A mio parere, il rapporto qualità prezzo non è adeguato.

We asked for a table looking at the archaelogicsl park. The table was not at the main old building overlooking the monuments but in a separate new building. The lights outside were so vivid that were hiding the view. We kindly requested to turn them off but still the high lighting inside was thrown on the glass windows and still was impossible to see the ruins. We asked if it was possible to eat in the main old building that was amazing but they refused because there was not personelle enough. We were really very dissapointed. Last but not least the food quality was not excellent as expected. Overall we did not have the exciting time we had expected Ver carta
