Fantastic service and delicious food! I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was between £30 and £40. I would rate the food a solid 4, the service also a 4, and the atmosphere a 4. Overall, a lovely experience!

Food arrived promptly and hot but lacked flavour. Samosas obviously frozen as they were severely undercooked, tikka masala sauce tasted like cream of tomato soup! Naans overly thick and doughy. Wouldn’t order again. Service: Delivery Ver carta

Food was very good, just felt service was a bit slow. Got our Poppadoms quickly enough but eventually we had to find someone to ask to place our main order, then we had to ask twice for our beer order and then (bottled beer) took about 15 minutes to arrive?? I had a delightful evening at this restaurant. The food was not only delicious but also reasonably priced. For dinner, our meal came to over £100 per person, and it was well worth it. Both the service and atmosphere were outstanding, earning a perfect score of 5 in each category. I highly recommend trying the Butter Chicken; it was exceptional! Ver carta

Generally okay, my friends all enjoyed their meals however I found the food average. There were a couple of issues with our meals but the service was fine. They can make some options vegan but it's fairly limited. They only offer bottled drinks and nothing on tap. It was fairly busy, so I would recommend making a reservation. I just called to inquire about vegan options, and the person I spoke with confirmed that they do offer them. However, when I asked if they have Nepali dishes since their menu mentions dumplings, she told me they only serve Indian food. I confirmed this with her, and then she abruptly hung up. The lady on the phone was quite rude and lacked any sense of customer service. It's unfortunate, especially since we waited an hour for the restaurant to open. Overall, I would rate the service a 1.

If you're a serious curry connoisseur, New Haweli is a must. I've had a usual go-to for years now, but after a slightly disappointing visit there recently, we mixed it up and was very impressed. Flavour for days! Real, authentic, tasty dishes cooked perfectly. Everything we ate was a celebration in itself. Great service. Excellent all round.
