totaly disgusting got chicken curry the curry sauce was disgusting dark brown no spice to it tasted like a cheap 99p curry you would get in tesco in fact the ones in tesco were better had gut pains for about 3 days and still not right yet avoid avoid AVOID

Had the b menu for 3 . All dishes were very nice. Came to this dish which we found out was supposed to be the "shredded beef in honey chilli sauce it was... inedible, slimy and grisly we could not cut it with a knife. Will not be ordering from this takeaway again...

I have been eating here for ages and they are honestly so friendly and quick at making my food. Best chicken fried rice and beef chow mein ever. Also, the prawn crackers are thin and salty which I love because a lot of takeaways do the thick and sweet prawn crackers. Ver carta

We have tried possibly every single Chinese in Alloa, Clackmannan, tilly, Alba etc untill we stumbled across this beauty! Delicious food I can always tell when something’s fresh and here the food is always fresh absolutely love this place! Try it u won’t be disappointed

Ordered for 6.30 on just eat. Had a work zoom at 7pm. It turned up at 6.45 I 'll let the pictures of the honey sauce schrispy chilly beef do the talking Absolutely rank and slimy and horrible. This is by far the worst review and take away I 've ever had. Called and complained. Didn 't want to know. Ended up in bin.

Please note I would never leave a negative review like this unless warranted. Never have I ever experienced food so bad. Looked nothing like anything I’ve experienced before. Beef pale in colour and zero flavour zero sauce. Disgusting and I’m starting to feel My stomach churn. Save your money and go somewhere else. I only went here as it had a number of stars on just eat and a hygiene rating. I wish I checked trip advisor first. Ver carta

We normally pick up from here but decided tonight to relax and have it delivered. I phoned at 18.24 to place the order, no mention that they were busy, phoned back at 19.44 to be told it was already on its way, phoned back at 20.13 to be told yes it was out for delivery and it had been out for over half an hour.....I know this makes us sound really lazy but we live less than 5 mins from the takeaway, if they had said they were busy when I called I’d have collected it. Obtw it’s not cool to not care if your customers are happy or not

I have not used this takeaway for a while due to poor quality of food but l thought l would give it another try !!! Bad move !!! The prices are reasonable The quality is far from that !!! Again l was sorely disappointed ! I ordered Special Szechuan but it is beyond me what they sent me !! It looked nothing to what l have enjoyed for years from various different places . It was mostly veg !! Carrots , onion , green pepper you would need a map to find the meat in it plus what was there looked like it came out of a prepack from Tesco !! There was a bonus though !! There was one small king prawn !!! The sauce was like stirred cornflour and the colour of grey , very appetising !! **** Chinese !!!

Ordered from New Hong Kong tonight, which is the chinese takeaway we would usually order from and was told the delivery would be 40 minutes to an hour, which is to be expected on a saturday night at dinner time. However when i called back to see where my order was I was told that the guy on the phone had told my girlfriend that it would be an hour. Even if this was true, our delivery took an hour and a half to arrive, making us think that the driver had went to singapore to pick up our singapore noodles as opposed to Alloa. When I told the man on the phone that our delivery was well over the hour mark, I was told oh, ill know what to do next time you call for a delivery . Aye well so will we... Ver carta
