eating was good, but the choice was disappointing. the service was good, but the food took a long time. we were there before 1.30 and went not until 3.15

Service was very good. There was no atmosphere as the restaurant was nearly empty. The food was very disappointing and not good value. 4 wines by the glass were not available.

The hotel was beautiful. The tea was lovely with a nice selection of sandwiches, savouries and cake. The staff were very nice and helpful. High recommended. Would definitely go again.

I was celebrating my 60th birthday with 2 lovely friends and we had afternoon tea. The staff treated me to a complimentary glass of bubbly and a lovely chocolate brownie which was very much appreciated.

eat cold, massive lack of taste, culinary techniques badly performed ane combinations very repetitiw for the price they pay. the service was great after the beetroot risotto of my wife arrived, it was cold, unsalted and it had only the color of the beetroot. the responsible person who took our order was very friendly and solved the problem immediately.

My partner and I dined at this restaurant after the show. We arrived early, but they still seated us. We had a few tables to choose from. The restaurant was very clean, although a bit chilly. The service was a bit slow to take our drink orders. The kitchen was on a break, so our food wouldn't be ready until half an hour after our 5pm reservation. However, the meals were delicious and we complimented the chef. We would definitely book here again.

We had a wonderful dinner before going to the theater. The cauliflower soup was particularly tasty and we all loved it. Our main dishes were also delicious, but they were not very hot when they were served. There was a little mix-up with our drinks, but it ended up working out in our favor. After returning from the theater, we enjoyed our coffee and desserts which was a lovely way to end our evening. The staff, especially Emil, took great care of us. We will definitely be coming back. Excellent food and service, so a good dining experience. However, on previous visits we have enjoyed a lunchtime price of Two courses for £X The menu has changed. The upper half is a selection of sharing plates with the advice to choose five or six. The lower part of the menu is divided in two. The left hand side gives a menu with choices at every course. The right hand side gives a very limited choice for each course, each at lower prices. Diners should be very careful to note both prices and choices. My wife and I ended up with a lunch bill of nearly £100 instead of the £50 to 60 that we had expected. A good dining experience but the bill was an unpleasant surprise.
