"My partner and I came to Plymouth for an event at the Pavilion. We wanted to eat lunch before it started and stumbled across this gem of a pub. It was very busy on a sunny Saturday afternoon, but Ellie, who served us, was fantastic! I have had surgery, so I require a very specific diet, and Ellie and the kitchen staff couldn't have done more to accommodate my requirements. Thank you!"

Came in for a good value mixed grill and a few drinks , Hayley was as always cheerful and happy serving us and checking we were ok throughout our visit , nice friendly , welcoming pub

Went in on Wednesday night. Karaoke. Was a great atmosphere. Had dinner which was good and delicious. Great value for money. Steve was very attentive and good laugh. Dan was also friendly and professional. Definitely recommend visiting. Will be back.

Came in yesterday and had a enjoyed my time was a great atmosphere but this was mainly down to the bar man he was from Scotland I think and he was a really funny bloke knew what he was doing and made me think I would want to come back again people like him make a pub top bloke Ver carta

Went in for the football not knowing karaoke was on at same time, thought it would be an issue but the big lad Steve went out his way to sort us out. We’ve been here 3 weeks as contractors And only just found this place. Now this is our pub every day for next 3-4 months.. cheers Steve your a legend

So we thought we would pop in for a quick beer at dinner time but we met big Steve the Celtic fan hahaha) he kept us there all night with his banter and we didn’t even think about going anywhere else.. there are 20 of us working here for next 6 months and because of his banter this is now our local…. Boys a legend and sorry about the Celtic joke
