"Two friends and myself visited Fratelli's last week It was absolutely lovely. We were all pleased with our meals. Spaghetti Carbonara is a particular favourite of mine, and it didn't disappoint! In fact I would say it was one of the best I've ever had. The food was served in good time, was all really tasty, and the restaurant was lovely. "Food was nice but portions are very minimal for the price we pay. Also we met some friends here for an evening but we're rushed out within one hour, so we didnt get time to spend witbnour friends. Not a place to wine and dine just a quick chat and food and then your told to leave as other ppl have booked. Next time I'd rather try somewhere else because despite ordering more food, we were still not full up. We had 5 mains, four rice, one plain noodles and one pad Thai between 4 of us and wasn't enough. Also service was veey pushy which I understand its coz they are busy but I didn't want to be rushed and kept intruding our conversations. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"We went for a Sunday roast. We’d pre-booked, with requests and all were accommodated. Food was great, but the service was fairly slow, we weren’t offered any additional drinks and had to ask a few times just to get some tap water. All the staff were very friendly though They have two disabled parking bays but the are against a wall, so we really struggled to get my elderly grandparents out of the car. Would highly suggest they move these to make them more accessible"

"Came in for lunch, looked at the menu as given to us and not informed that numerous things were missing. When ordering we was told there was no lobster for the prawn and lobster cocktail but we still ordered it. I ordered the Henry burger that is a 25.00 burger so you expect something decent. The burgers were dry and over cooked, short rib burgers should be bubbling with juices but no,chicken was dryish and chewy, no gammon and the fried egg was way overcooked. I get that it's a big feat making something like this but everything tasted precooked and thrown on the grill to bring up to a higher temperature. Items were definitely left in a merry chef or some kind of hot hold. I personally would not recommend this burger but the others look quite nice and a bit easier to make. I wasn't going to quibble as it is what it is and the staff seemed sufficient for the job. Very hit and miss here as my brother in law had a great meal last week but as an ex chef maybe my standards are a little bit higher... Who knows !"
