"Two friends and myself visited Fratelli's last week It was absolutely lovely. We were all pleased with our meals. Spaghetti Carbonara is a particular favourite of mine, and it didn't disappoint! In fact I would say it was one of the best I've ever had. The food was served in good time, was all really tasty, and the restaurant was lovely. This was our second visit to Fratelli in Woburn, this time with friends whom we had recommended the place to. The food is exceptional—everything is freshly made, and the staff are more than happy to accommodate our vegetarian preferences with modifications to the menu. Price per person: £40–50. Food: 5/5. "--- I recently had lunch at this restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts. The overall experience was enjoyable, with the atmosphere being the standout feature—definitely a 5 out of 5. The ambiance was vibrant and inviting, making it a great place to relax. As for the food, it was decent but didn’t quite blow me away; I'd give it a rating of 3. While the dishes were generally good, they lacked that extra flair that would make them truly memorable. On a more positive note, the service was commendable, earning a solid 4. The staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed during our meal. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience, especially for the ambiance and service, but there’s room for improvement in the food department."

"I had another excellent experience with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere at this restaurant. There is plenty of parking available just outside. The service during dinner was great, and the price per person is typically between £30 and £40. The food and service both received a 5-star rating, while the atmosphere was rated a 4. I recommend trying the chips. There is a lot of parking space, and the options include a free parking lot."

"We celebrate special birthdays at our company and one of our employees requested Big10 as their birthday lunch. Having never eaten there before I wasn't sure what to expect but I put my request in for them to cater a lunch for around 30 people to be available for 1pm. The ordering process was quick and easy and the pricing was extremely reasonable. in all honesty we were not expecting them to be able to accommodate our corporate lunch request, but they did. We collected the food at 1pm from the shop. the food was perfectly packed and they even allowed us use of their thermal bags which kept the food hot. we served up the food (of which there was ample) to our staff. we had, ribs, three different flavours of chicken wings, flavoured fries and coleslaw. the food was some of the most flavoursome I have ever had. the meat on the ribs was so succulent falling from bone with ease. the chicken wings also bursting with flavour. even the staple fries and coleslaw were next level nice. everyone who had the lunch expressed that it was some of the nicest they have ever had. I now have ample requests from staff for big10 to be their birthday lunch. Thank you to Rich and the team at Big10 for such amazing food and service."

"Terrible Experience! From uncomfortable chairs and cramped tables, faulty toilet (no proper hand washing in gents- tap taped up in plastic bag) to really poor food- tough chewy pizza and chopped iceberg lettuce with unfresh tomato (described as fresh tomato/cucumber etc on a bed of lettuce) we thought it couldn't get worse. Apparently because we raised the food issues with his son (who was immediately defensive and irritatingly condescending) the owner ran after us outside and shouted at me across my wife in a face to face angry confrontation. Quite unbelievable behaviour from a family run restaurant who clearly have no customer focus and cannot handle any reasonable feedback or questioning of their produce. Avoid!!!"
