A lovely warm welcome every time we visit. We had the T bone steak and the steak and red wine pie. The pie was fantastic as always, tender meat and gorgeous pastry. The T bone was perfectly cooked. A great evening!!!!!

We had a fantastic lunch in the restaurant celebrating mums 90th birthday with 20 family and friends. They set the tables up lovely and we decorated a little more. The service was excellent and so was the food. No complaints at all. The lady serving us was amazing. Thank you North Pole

Our first visit to this pub but definitely not our last! The food was fantastic and the service was brilliant. The staff couldn't do enough for us. Good Sunday carvery with lovely desserts. Beer selection was a bit limited when we visited but they usually have more on tap. Staff were very busy but still took time for us and were super friendly. Kid-friendliness: There's a good climbing frame outside. Kids were made to feel very welcome. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 4

The staff at this restaurant were very attentive and the food was delicious, especially the banoffee pie for dessert. The atmosphere was very cozy, with a fire that made a very miserable night enjoyable. The price per person was around £40-50. I highly recommend the Pie of the Day and the homemade Banoffee Pie. Overall, I give the food, service, and atmosphere a rating of 5.

Stopped by for an impromptu late lunch early dinner on a quiet Thursday afternoon. The food was AMAZING and service was great. Both ate off of the specials board lamb shoulder and T bone steak. The lamb shoulder was HUGE and delicious, partner says the T bone was up there as one of the best steaks he’s ever had, seasoned and cooked to perfection. Gypsy tart for dessert was superb. Absolutely stunning food in a super friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Very good value for the quality of food and service! Thank you! Ver carta
