If loud, banging music and over scrambled egg on cold plate is what you’re looking for then this is the place for you. The good service was let down by bad food and oh so loud music

I enjoyed a quick bite a nice bite to eat with my daughter here on the evening of 31.05.23. She enjoyed it a lot. Bonus. Service was good and nice and friendly. Not horrendously expensive. Nice atmosphere.

This was our first time in this lounge and we were very impressed. The food is fresh and tasty and good value. I can recommend the nasi goreng which was delicious. The staff are well presented and the place is clean. Dogs are welcome which is a plus too. We will return. Ver carta

The mocha was served in a dirty cup and was not very tasty. I ordered the falafel flatbread and chips, the flatbread was mediocre. My friend tried the tapas (3 for £12) and found the portions to be very small and overpriced. Overall, we were disappointed and would not go back.

Stopped here hot and thirsty and was greeted with 2 friendly faces. Ordered the Chicken, bacon and avocado salad. It was lightly warmed with grilled chicken, plenty of avo and bacon tossed with a tasty avocado Caesar dressing. Paired with a crisp berry cider…a perfect combo. Highly recommend!!

I went to this restaurant with a friend on a Saturday evening for a quick bite to eat and a drink before going to the movies. The staff were all very friendly, and our food was served promptly and cooked perfectly. My only complaint is that there wasn't enough pita bread served with the hummus. I will definitely come back again. Ver carta

I’ve been to this place twice. Both times the food was excellent and the ambience was comfortable and trendy. Ordering via the app is easy and the food came our really quick. I did find it a little odd that the app suggests a tip when no one is taking the order, but that’s a very small point for a great experience. The food options were good. A really nice place and my goto plaice in Staines now. It looks like a coffee shop on the outside but is very spacious inside.

I went to this restaurant for dinner on 22/07 and had a disappointing experience. There were no bottled beers available, no drink options for kids, and several beer pumps were not working. Additionally, 3 out of the 4 main meals we wanted were not available. People at other tables were complaining and sending their food back because it was cold. The chef even came out of the kitchen to address the issue with the staff. There were only 3 staff members working, including those serving at the bar. Cocktails took a long time to prepare, causing delays in food delivery and other drink orders. Due to these issues, we ultimately decided to eat elsewhere.

One of THE WORST EXPERIENCES BY FAR of our lives. Took the kids out for lunch. The lounge had at most 15 customers. The FOOD (chicken meals X2) were served with raw chicken on the inside. Both ordered milkshakes were horrendous to say the least. They were warm to taste even after we asked for them to be replaced. They tasted of nothing, no strawberry or vanilla, which even the manager agreed to. The service was NON EXISTENT . Don 't think they know anything about running a restaurant. The server couldn 't understand a word of English, could not explain what he was serving and again 3 times brought someone else 's food to our table. OUR CONCLUSION, NOT GOING ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN. Ver carta
