Simply perfect experience. I live in the United States and visit Paris on vacation. I follow Nous4 on Instagram from the US and wanted to make sure I came here. The food is absolutely excellent. My waitress (I believe she is the chef's wife) was accommodating and pleasant. She chose a superb wine and the food was everything I expected (and more) from here. Nous4 is a very nice restaurant that really pulled out all the stops for its December 31 menu. My wife and I were perfectly welcomed in this friendly place. Regarding the cuisine, we enjoyed ourselves, lots of surprises and originality, which did not displease us. This experience will have made us want to come back absolutely to discover their usual menu. Edit: After several months, we ended up returning to this restaurant. The welcome is always very warm and we tried the tasting menu which delighted us with very original recipes and always well seasoned.
