All the food was great. Especially the karaage which is one of the best I've ever had. Relaxed and chilled out atmosphere which was great for meeting with friends.

I've eaten everywhere and that's the best restaurant. the hot little foods are amazing, they get the salt and chili squid. service is friendly and efficient and the prices are super reasonable.

Delicious, tasty, freshly prepared, wholesome grub. Great, efficient staff, with the current eat out to help out discount, ridiculously cheep...be warned, the portions are huge. Would not hesitate to go back, even paying full price !

I and my man visited this restaurant during a weekend break in newcastle. I can't recommend it enough! eating was incredible and the service was also top notch. very friendly staff that helped us choose from the menus and recommend a few bits. sushi was made fresh and so delicious without doubt the best I had. we will be happy to come back very soon. I was brought with a friend to this restaurant and I was comprehensible because I had never Japanese before since I had never had this before my friend had ordered for me, he ordered northern pork dumplings with ramen noodles in soup' for himself and beef shin with ramen noodles in soup' for me and some tuna sashimi' for us again was very brief to share this meal

We went as a group of four and made use of the eat out scheme at the time but the prices are very reasonable even without the offer. Staff were very efficient and it's a great place if you're very hungry as the food comes out super quick as and when it's ready. Very much recommend getting a selection to share as there is a lot to choose from with a good mix of hot and cold options. Good for a mix of appetites as there are curry dishes as well as sushi.

Great choice of Asian dishes, from 'small plates ' to larger main course dishes and sushi. We find the sushi here better than anywhere else in Newcastle. Ingredients are fresh and sushi is well made. There 's a good range of very tasty Futomaki rolls, which are particularly good value for how many you get, whilst the Nigiri are lovely and fresh. Service is fine, and unfussy. It 's a good idea to order a few dishes and add more as you go along. Restaurant itself is maybe a little tired but clean.

my ever worst meal. this visit began badly and went down from there. first I was led as a solo dinner to a small table at the rear dining room. that was so dark that I couldn't read the menu. I asked myself to sit near the window, but was rejected as these empty tables were only for groups! I should have really stayed there and then how worse it was to follow.
