Ordered a breakfast bap. Service was terrible. The larger lady was very blunt. I went up to change my order from dine in to take an away order as they were taking a bit longer than expected, but they were busy I didn't say anything other than can it be a take away and she then preceeded to tell me there very busy there do the best they can quite loudly so most of the other customers could hear. Can’t fault the food but training for staff is needed. We ordered at counter as even though was 5 staff on, no one greeted nor acknowledged us. I had to go back up to the counter and ask for my coffee, was told had been marked off but no one checked the table to see? A table of 4 sat to our side, they got table service once they seated at a dirty table, 4 people 4 meals but only 3 meals arrived, poor women was sat watching her company eat, again staff didn’t write her meal on ticket.?? Easy read back of order or check before leaving should be a given?? I also didn’t find it very professional a server shouting to her colleague the length of the restaurant ‘We run out of baguettes aint we ? ‘... Ver carta
