Venu ici par hasard histoire d'aller au toilette puis finalement je suis resté des heures .... à consomer bien sûre lol super endroit, accueil...

Great French wine is offered here and the staff really knows their stuff! The tastings are phenomenal and be sure to get the cheese or truffle platter!

We have done many wine tastings but still found this one fun, enjoyable, and educational. Also really explained the French system of classifying wine. The environment made it really easy to slip into the role of wine ???? expert.

freundlicher, aber extrem langsamer service, qualität aus der küche war durchschnittlich(foie gras) bis miserabel(steak) gewählter wein aus der karte nicht verfügbar, anstelle des in der karte angepriesenen offenen yquem 85 wurde unkommentiert 91 eingeschenkt, sehr schade, der ganze abend war nichts!

The O château wine bar is fantastically amazing. The wine card is great with many taste from all over France. The cold cut and cheese plate is equally amazing. The cheeses are from Quatrehommes, meilleur ouvrier de France cheese boutique. To say that the team is passionate is an understatement, the sommelier knows all is 200 wine makers by their names. I’ve been to O Chateau twice and loved both experiences! Both times, my husband and I opted to sit at the bar and try flights of thematic wines instead of a full class (next that, that is a must!). The flights are wonderful and the staff is extremely knowledgeable. We felt like we were getting a private class just through the descriptions and extra facts provided. We also ordered food and loved every dish we ate. Who doesn’t love great wine and delicious French food? I highly recommend O Chateau as a place to stop to enjoy a glass of wine or a place to enjoy a full meal. I will definitely return on my next trip to Paris!

Concept unique donc sur Paris pour boire des grands vins à maturité et vraiment découvrir des trucs sympas. Carte majoritairement bâtie avec des vins honnêtes (très peu de références conventionnelles, vignifiées avec des produits etc). Nourriture à la fois sommaire (pas sophistiquée) mais de super qualité aussi. Quel charcuterie, wow !Service très sympa, avec du conseil de qualité sur chaque produit. MAIS, une lenteur de service proprement hallucinante.... Le soir où nous y étions le restaurant était pratiquement vide (trois tables) et pour toute commande il fallait attendre 45 min, vraie fausse note. Il faut urgemment changer ca !

Firstly I must repeat that this is a wine bar. It serves food, but there's a limited (though excellent) choice. It's also not particularly cheap. The wines are generally fabulous though, and the choice is bewildering. Fortunately help is at hand. The staff are astonishingly knowledgeable about wine and happy to talk about it for as long as you like. They are, without exception, wonderful.The place itself is gorgeous with big padded leather chairs, plenty of space and a magnificent curved bar. You may sit at a table or the bar.The plates of nibbles range from cheesy potatoes to foie gras, via charcuteries and cheese, and are generally very satisfying, but the steaks are fabulous. Ver carta
