After reading the reviews about the Russian language and the staff who don 't even understand Ukrainian, I had my doubts. And when I read the reviews of the person representing the institution, I was completely horrified. I will definitely not visit and will discourage all foreigners (and not only) from visiting. You spend so much effort to respond to unsatisfied reviews. They could at least remove the menu in Russian and make it Ukrainian. Because if I had heard hello from the doorway, I would have turned around and left."
