Officina is the place where I have tried the best carbonara and amatriciana pasta. Everything was so tasty and delicious, staff was very friendly, the place is so cosy and quiet, I simply loved it! We found it by chance with a friend while we were looking for a place to have dinner. The place is beautiful and very well looked after, the burgers and chips are delicious and the portions are generous, the staff are very kind and one thing we really liked is that (at least tonight) they put on a fantastic playlist with songs in English from the 80s and 90s. A 10 minute walk from the Verona Arena, a curious place where you can taste excellent burgers (and more... . Friendly staff, quick service and generous portions. The burgers are served with a sample of three very good and very light sauces together with fries. The only flaw of the place: the light. The room and the bathroom are a little too dark... Supplì with tiny tomato, hard and fibrous Roman artichoke, but above all disappointed by the cacio e pepe which featured coagulated pecorino (the only thing not to do in a cacio e pepe) and not at all creamy. The table wobbled a lot even after the waitress very politely tried to fix it. In conclusion, for the quality of the food, the price is decidedly inconsistent.
