O'grady's - Carta

I visited the restaurant on a Tuesday for their steak night special which included a steak with sides and a pint for £13. The steak was cooked to your preference.

Popped in to rehydrate on a hot day, good selection of beers and the place was crowded and buzzing, fun time with the other customers and came out fully rehydrated.

Popped in for a drink with my husband and decided to have lunch. We ordered two slices of turkey each which was cut thick along with mounds of veg and giant Yorkshire pudding and gravy boat £6.99 bargain price !!! Very tasty and piping hot. Worth a visit for food, drink and lovely atmosphere. Thank you Ver carta

We have been here a few times and it was always good, but this time the order was fish and chips twice, ribeye steak twice and burger annd chips, the burger was ok, the soggy fish was sent back the new fish was not cooked enough, my ribeye was awful and i could not chew it, my brother in law had the other ribeye and it was chewy and tasteless.

My partner's family and I went to this restaurant and there were 13 of us. Unfortunately, not a single one of us had a good meal or enjoyed it. The food was awful and poorly cooked. The worst part was when I asked for my steak to be medium rare and it came out overcooked and tough. I would advise against dining here and suggest trying a different restaurant instead. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at O'gradys. It is a hidden gem not far from main town centre and only 5 mins from the beach. Easy free parking. The rooms are lovely and spotlessly clean. Roy and Jan are superb hosts. Great live music fab atmosphere. Wide variety of drinks. The meals are very tasty such a varied menu so much to choose from. We will most definately stay at O'gradys again. I can most definately recommend a stay at this great hotel.!!! Ver carta

WE STAYED AT O'Gradys in Redcar for the first time. WHAT A GEM OF A PLACE!! Great atmosphere, lovely friendly helpful staff. We had a really nice meal I had the lasagne and husband had a large cod. Really superb food absolutely delicious!!! Our room was really nice plenty of space spotlessly clean large TV tea and coffee very comfortable. Plenty of parking!! Can't recommend this place enough. EXCELLENT VALUE FOR MONEY, We will definately be coming back to stay at O Gradys on Turner Street in Redcar. JUST FABULOUS Thankyou Roy and Janet 10/10

Writing this on behalf of Myself and all My Family to say once again a big big Thank you to Roy and Jan for their kindness and hospitality over the weekend.......grateful thanks to their hardworking staff too.... special mention must go to Chloe, Angela, Gill, Connor, Mike and Doreen for their attention to detail.....nothing was too much trouble and everyone had a great time......Excellent Food and Drink.....spotlessly Clean rooms.....and great entertainment .....all this plus the combined care of the staff , Landlord and Landlady ......what more could you want??.......first class!!!!Many thanks to you allMaggie and all the Mc Laughlin Family.....we WILL be back !!!

I visited O'Gradys on a Monday night, just 2 days after they reopened post-lockdown. The pub was very organized, well-staffed, and clean, with social distancing measures in place and hand sanitizer readily available. They were able to cater to my gluten-free friend on a limited menu, and the food was top-notch with excellent service to match. A big thanks to Connor for helping us navigate the new smart phone scanning system for our table. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a great meal and drinks. While the portion sizes were generous, I may have to limit my visits to avoid gaining too much weight! Overall, I will definitely be returning to O'Gradys and will be spreading the wo... Ver carta
