"We found this special restaurant next to our hotel and we have visited several times now. The restaurant also allowed our little dog. The manager/somellier Jean Claude is an absolute professional gentleman and can see why he worked so successfully in a Michelin home in London. We chose the engraving and trout fillet, the selection of meat with salad and the speciality of the region truffaud.with potatoes and cheese. The dessert of Tarte didin with apple was delicious. The cheese is chosen from different in a cheese storage box. All local in the area . The restaurant is very popular so would recommend booking. We'll be here again and again when in Clermont Ferrand. There is also a special board on the bar wall to choose."

"Entering Saint Eutrope is clearly entering an intimate and thoughtful universe. A remarkable, rare welcome, which serves a personal decoration which has the good taste of household disorder without it being messy. In the kitchen, the desire to merge worlds, particularly Asia/France, is a good idea. It’s fashionable but in reality it’s fun. Now regarding the dishes, some inequalities sometimes affected my meal. In this case, a broth that is a little too acidic, a little too spicy, which overwhelms everything a little in the imitation ramen which therefore loses its comfort, and everything that we expect from a good broth. The starter a bit the same.. If I'm talking about inequality it's because the dishes of the person with whom I shared the moment were better. So I still remain positive in general but given the prices I expect more accuracy and balance in the kitchen. Since the atmosphere is up there, I would happily come back and try it :"

"En vacances en Auvergne, sans réserver nous avons dîné le samedi 19 août dans ce petit restaurant qui vaut vraiment la peine de s'y arrêter, .Nous avons pris le menu à 26 euros .Une équipe de 3 femmes au top ! La serveuse ne doit pas être la même que dans un commentaire précédent vu la qualité de l'accueil et du service que l'on a eu.Elle est dynamique , souriante et très professionnelle.Une cuisine faite maison , ou les mélanges de saveurs sont exquis , un gravlax de saumon tout en fraîcheur , un tajine de poisson où les épices sont maîtrisées, les légumes juste cuits et croquants et un tiramisu de fruit frais pour digérer .vraiment super et la chef prend le temps de venir voir si tout s'est bien passé, continuez ainsi , nous recommandons ce restaurant ."
