The food is good, the prices are high, but what saddens me is seeing the guys who work there having to stand for hours and hours for no reason. There's no point in making cashiers stand, it's no use, no one cares, give them a stool. It's an antiquated and useless policy, it's time to change it

Unfortunately I have to leave a negative review on all fronts. Two of us went for lunch at the restaurant in Pisa, in the Pisanova area, and both sandwiches were cold; the room not very clean, both the room and the bathroom; the service was sufficient although I had the impression that the staff was not adequate in number.
