"On Saturday Sept. 17, 2016 Me and a group of my friends (12 people in total) went to have lunch at old Wild West carosello. We ordered drinks and soft drinks but unfortunately the soft drinks were flate, they had no soda. When paying our bill, we informed the cashier that our drinks had no soda, hoping to receive an apology, but to our surprise the cashier said that this is how fountain drinks are and he added unfortunately this is not what I want to do for a living. Instead of apologizing he said next time ask for a can of pop. After this incident we all decide not to go back to this location again. We are hoping that his superiors take appropriate action so that future customers don't have to deal with this kind of rudeness. The staff at this location needs to attend a customer service training course to learn how to properly deal with their customers."

Going to go against the grain and admit it, Old Wild West is just okay. Steaks aren't bad but not special. Certainly not top rate and not worth it. The ambience was nice and the wait staff professional. The prices were somewhat inflated for what we received.

Personale molto molto gentile, servizio veloce, locale pulito, cibo ben cucinato. Alternativa poco meno economica rispetto ad altre catene che servono hamburgers. Qui c'è il vantaggio di poter mangiare in un piatto (senza spazzatura sulla tavola) e oggettivamente il cibo è migliore. Si spende un po' di più, ma non c'è paragone. Ver carta

Abbiamo fatto un ordine ieri sera e non ci è stato consegnato. Quando ho chiamato mi è stato detto che il rider non aveva trovato nessuno.Io e la mia famiglia eravamo in casa e non è arrivato nessuno. Nelle note dell'ordine online ho inserito indicazioni aggiuntive.Grande delusione e disappunto.Mi spiace ma servizio di consegna pessimo.

Ho ordinato un American Burger, un classico con ceddar, bacon, iceberg, pomodoro e salsa BBQ. È arrivato abbastanza velocemente. Il pane è un vero Bun: morbido, dolce e con un'invitante e leggera crosticina. Il burger è più piccolo del pane ma è gustoso e abbastanza alto, bacon croccante. Prezzo per questo panino comprese delle buone e scroccantine patatine fritte dal taglio piatto, € Nel complesso davvero non male.
