"we had booked a table on 26.12.2022 at 13:00 a.m. and we were immediately brought a bottle of water. while I chose the written menu, my man wanted the vegetarian guide. we had to wait until 13:40 a.m. until the young waitress, who stood in the room almost all the time of our stay, was given bread and butter. 10 minutes later the appetizer came. on the sorbet we had to wait about 25 minutes. a short time later the main course came. my main court was only moderately lukewarm, although we said that they should not take so long break with the desert, we waited again. 25 minutes to order the bill. here is much to improve! I wouldn't recommend it at the moment. Nevertheless, we will begin a new attempt at some point."

"an incredible experience, Sunday afternoon,ca, 14.30 a.m. the lunchstorm was just over and again places on the outside, I thought that fits good idea what to drink and eat a petty, so put on one of the free tables, the other free ones were still covered with rest of the past. a beaten quarter of an hour until we could give up the order, then again 12 minutes until the drinks came, we had already drowned out that was still not there, so pure and the waiter ask that they were smoking at the back door, inside it looked like the bomb had knocked in, no table dreamed, isolated yet guests who have tried to pay desperately. after all I got the coming out there that there would be no food, so one more weeping ordered the ordered food has never come, then it took 20 minutes to pay the 4 drinks and to divide that one no longer wants to eat, whereupon the climate was clearly subcooled and it would not have been much missed and the waitress would have become unharmed. I will not return to hirhin."

"some friends suggested we meet here for lunch today and it was fantastic. the environment (and the view) is simply stunning, the waiters are very friendly and the eating was delicious! Usually I am not a fan of local who award different food styles, zb german, Indian, italian from the same menu as I always think they can't be authentic. I'm wrong! the Indian food we had here today was by far the best I had in Germany... and as good as I never had. the lammcurry was a dream - we asked her to pluck it up and they made it perfect. we are now definitiw masters, as we are drawn into the opposite :)"

"the happy countryman is one of our favorite locals. in the midst of the forest at the rettershof, in summer lots of space on the large terrace and in the beer garden, we are always fed by cheerful and well-established service staff. great place of departure for young and old, families, cyclists, hikers and very nice second home of the segway drivers: and therefore we also know the varied map with hessian tapas and classics, salates, carvings, wild dishes and above all with seasonal specialties such as sparing, pfifferlings, greenkohl or g. absolutely recommended cuisines with fair and fair prices. we always like to come. "the German house is exactly the landgasthof that I have long been looking for for my moving to idstein. beautifully located, even with the bike well to reach, very nice service, the pleasant atmosphere, a well maintained beer, the suitable beer garden. not least of course the menu and the quality of the food. the selection is bourgeois-founded, of high quality. there is the frankfurter carving with greener sauce as tasty filled pljeskavica, just to illustrate the variety and versatility of the menu."
