"We’re celebrating our 30 years anniversary this week and wanted to eat something after a very long day of traveling and standing in a long traffic jam. We arrived at the Open Bistrot restaurant little after 21:00 knowing that the restaurant would close at 22:00. Asking the person behind the bar if we cloud eat something because my wife and me had a long day behind us. The man behind the bar said that they are closed. A bit funny, because on that moment the restaurant was practical full of people eating. Half of them still with a full plate of food, clearly that they just started eating. “Please if it is possible to just get something very small and quick to eat, we won’t be long?” My wife and me were very hungry after our ordeal. “No” was the answer again, “go get a snack in your hotel”. and send us away without any form of empathy or compassion. Not a very hospitable restaurant in my book, we had to drive to Geneve to find a place to eat. Thanks for nothing Open Bistrot."
