"My mother and I had the most beautiful afternoon at Oranmore and had the most delicious lunch that I can remember. We arrived a little bit early so we sat outside in the gardens under the trees on a beautifully sunny day. The staff were courteous, quick and attentive.. The chicken salad and mango cheesecake were unreal.. So many little details attended to.. The pine nuts and dressing in the salad.. The seasoning of the chicken.. The homemade wheaten bread... The contrast in mango cheesecake between the creaminess and the zingy coulis at the bottom and the little macaroon on the side.. A huge pot of coffee to finish off in a lovely pot.. We enjoyed and appreciated every element immensely. Thank you to everyone involved for providing food, service and surroundings of such a high standard... It can’t have been easy to keep the faith this year... As my mother said ‘Sure you couldn’t get nicer!’ and I agree..!"

We went here for a Baby Shower dinner and we had a great time. The gold room was beautiful and perfect for our group. The food was very tasty and the staff were polite, professional and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Simply the best accommodation we have experienced. Spotless and delightfully appointed room. Professional,friendly staff. Gorgeous breakfast. Husband really enjoyed the special whiskey and craic with Fintan. Will be back again soon.

Marvelous, this is a well kept Northern Ireland secret to avoid the unrealistic Christmas feast expectations. Just avoid the stress and invest in family time with marvelous food and hospitality. The food is outstanding and the wine list is top notch. Feel like a part of the family if not the favorite. The fairy godmother mother that saves the festive season and mends family rifts! If not well..the food is marvelous!

I went to Oranmore in Ballymena for Sunday lunch today. This family run business really knows how to deliver a splendid lunch whilst delivering the most perfect customer service experience. Owner Gerard was there to welcome us to his restaurant and tea rooms where he escorted us to the lounge. Menus were handed out at the same time we were told of todays lunch specials. Once our appetisers we’re ready we were taken to our table. Our meal was wonderful. Gerard’s wife Fiona is an absolutely amazing chef who knows how deliver quality food from her kitchen to your table.
