Oriental Chef Chinese Takeaway

I've been using this Chinese Takeaway since I moved here 25 years ago.

Great food, well prepared, ready for collection in the time promised. Delicious.

Pretty good food though orders can turn up wrong and food can be a little cold at times Ver carta

We have used this take away for over 25 years and the food is always prompt, hot and absolutely delicious

Had my order booked for 630pm from 530pm. Arrived. Chicken chow mein so watery no flavour and cold. Chicken sweet n sour rock had and cold. Vegetable mini spring rolls rock hard greasy and warm. Never again

Mains- Very poor processed food deep fried and shipped out. Suspect it is 95% processed. How can a Chinese take out be this bad? Most on the bin. Photo showing chicken ball batter, ridiculous. How are these even operating. Ver carta

Absolutely disgusting. I spent £30 on spare ribs,duck and chicken fried rice. The ribs were undercooked and had jelly on them, the duck was tough and cold. The rice looked old and rubbery. Will never use again. And over an hour wait through deliveroo

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!! Food was awful, cold and disgusting. All thrown in the bin after one bite because it wasn't even edible. Missing items. Drove there and staff were rude, looked dirty and had no idea how to speak to another person with any manners. I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone!!

Really disappointed Used to used this place all the time and it was so good. Today was bad. Arrived to collect my order to hear them all shouting at each other in the kitchen. Someone came out snd didn’t say hello, just looked at me til I said I was collecting an order. Thrust said order at me along with credit card machine and said ‘29.90£’ Service was non existent but food wasn’t great either. Greasy batter. Pretty much empty spring rolls. Just really underwhelming. I can forgive food not being as good as previously as we all have off days. But the total lack of giving a s#!t by staff us not acceptable. Ver carta
