The Italian-inspired cuisine here is absolutely fantastic! The restaurant feels completely transformed after the renovation.

We had a wonderful first experience at Originals. The food and atmosphere were exceptional. The service was prompt, and we truly enjoyed the overall experience.

My partner and I came to try for the first time and left very happy. Food is good and portions are not huge. Service is attentive but not intrusive. I personally recommend the polenta chips. Very good experience and we will come back!

Our first visit to the refocused Origins as restaurant majoring in Italian cuisine was very enjoyable. Interesting and varied menu and everything we ordered was excellent. Service was professional and relaxed and all dishes arrived at our table in a timely manner. Altogether very nice evening with friends.

Delicious Italian food with a stylish and inventive twist on old favourites that retain all the great flavour and freshness you want from great Italian cooking. The menu is flexible and modern with a good range of choices with vegan and vegetarian options and a selection of smaller more inexpensive items to share as well offering more traditional dishes. Dining here can be a quick and casual experience or a full blown treat. Lovely friendly service. Thoroughly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at the restaurant. The meal was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There was quite a long wait for the food, but it was worth it once it arrived. I’ll definitely be telling all my friends about this place. I feel fortunate to have another dining option in the village. I really enjoyed it when it was originally a tapas bar, and I was worried when I saw it was closed, but I was relieved to see it reopen. My husband and I booked for valentines evening usually a recipe for disaster not so at Origins. We arrived a little early and were greeted at the door and shown to a sofa were we enjoyed a cocktail until our table became available. Once shown to our table we found it difficult to make a choice as there were many nice things on the menu however having made our choices were not disappointed....our starter of the shared meat/cheese platter and my scallopini was delicious. We could not fault the service, food or ambience of Origins so much so that I’ve booked a ‘girly’ birthday lunch there. What a welcome addition to Great Missenden.
