"When we first walked in the staff just didn’t acknowledge us there was no table of 6 available so asked if we could move the table of 2 and table of 4 together as they were next to each other and both free. At first we was told no and then after a bit of explaining we was told we’d have to wait 15 minutes so they could clear the table. There was a tray with a few empty drinks on. 15 mins was up so we all went in and sat down the tray with drinks on was still on the table and the table hadn’t even been wiped. After all getting settled the waitress finally moved the tray and explained they was busy. We ordered drinks and food together. The drinks took 20 minutes to come. I had coke in a bottle and a glass with ice in. My ice was already half melted. Over an hour later our food came out. Burgers were dry. The Mac and cheese was the worst thing I had ever seen. It was like really stodgy porridge and did not taste of cheese at all. Any time we asked the waitress something she just made it seem like we was asking her to go above and beyond for us when really we wasn’t being difficult even in the slightest. At the end we go to pay and they add a 10% service fee without even asking. Why would I want to pay 10% of my nearly £150 bill for a poor and quite disgusting service. The only plus’s side to this place was the decorations, the mayonnaise and the fact they allowed dogs in"

had the dirty burger and it was amazing! I usually leave the bungalow on burgers, as they just fall apart, but this one isn't!

Great restaurant for awkward buckers like me! Was fab to be able to choose ANYTHING from a menu and not have to opt for either a jacket spud or a side salad on the side of a coke' because there's naff all else you can have!! Great selection, delicious food, friendly and quick service. We'll be back soon! x

we came to lunch today. my youngest daughter (age 10) has coeliacs and goes for a meal is usually terrible for them. she gets a menu, but can't have most of it. what a tasty bite to have a menu and to say that they can have everything she was thrilled. that was delicious. the service was great. we'll be back.

apologise for a week to leave an assessment! at the arrival we were greeted and sat in a beautiful restaurant with about 12 tables. the staff was excellent, very friendly and chatting, eating was just as great! would recommend the flower cauliflower starter and the salmon main! safe a hidden gem in the center of canterbury.

I eat here whenever i go to Canterbury as its all gluten free and i have tried many dishes from the menu and all have been well presented fresh and hot even have a good selection of gluten free beers. Staff and management are all friendly and attentive and ask what allergies you may have before taking your order, for me its celiac and i can eat everything there.

my man and I found our way back to oscar bentley’s after a pretty gap after closing and so. we were not disappointed. we had both different net parts, his fish and chips looked delicious and my bauch of pork was tender and tasty. the red cabbage was great. service was good and the whole staff is really friendly. we could find space for a dessert, apple and pear crispy and sticky toffee pudding for me. both very tasty. the menu changes regularly, but some dinge are always the best in the menu that it is a rare tasty bite as a zöliakie without having to ask everything and have a full selection of menu. it has enjoyed very much and will come back. note that there are no more cakes/conservations...
