"While trying to meet friends in the area we were looking for a place where to experience the real Ariccia and Castello romani food and wine. We didn 't really know this place, but we found it as the n1 place in the area. I have to say that I agree with most of the previous reviews. Place has the informal vibe of an old inn/osteria. Two vaulted rooms and an outside space in the middle of a car parking. Service is prompt and very chatty and kind. Now let 's talk food: really, really great. We were there in 4. Two adults and two children. Us grown ups went for a mixed antipasto (ham, bufala mozzarella, ricotta, salami, spicy salami, bean and pork skin soup, bruschettas, coppiette, capocollo ham and front and centre the dish ariccia is famous for: Porchetta) plus arrosticini (very long and thin bbqed kebabs made of lamb) and a bottle of romanella wine (red fizzy wine). Children went for a bit of our food plus a bbqed sausages and the omni present chips. Everything was delicious and, if I weren 't a glutton, more than enough for us all. Unfortunately I am. I couldn 't leave without trying another dish the area is famous for: pasta alla gricia which is and old relative of a carbonara and amatriciana. At this point the place was packed full of locals which is always a good sign. Pasta took a bit to arrive but it was superlative. After that coffee and bill. All of this humongous banquet was 50 eu. A bargain. We stayed only a night, but otherwise I would have gladly gone back for more. Food, experience, the whole package. 100% endorsed."

uno spettacolo tutto il giorno e i ragazzi e le ragazze sono belle porzioni buone anche abbondanti uniti alla bontà e vero e sincero goto per sicuramente tornare

All'inizio ne ho provate tante, ma da quando ho scoperto il Vignarolo tanti anni fa sono sempre e solo andato qui. Porchetta sempre tenera e con crosta croccante, pane buonissimo, romanella sublime e primi piatti incredibili. Il conto poi è sempre leggero Grande Vignarolo!

Una fraschetta che non ha rinnegato le sue origini. Semplice e generosa. Personale gentile e sempre presente. Antipasto classico come ci si aspetta in una fraschetta, l'unica cosa, ma il gusto è soggettivo da una pappardella al sugo di cinghiale mi aspettavo un sapore più deciso, ma ripeto, è una cosa soggettiva. Per il resto tutto ok. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo, chiarezza sullo scontrino. Ci tornerò, lo consiglio Ver carta

Per noi che viviamo in questa regione geografica le osterie sono abbastanza una normalità ma questa osteria forse ti offre forse qualcosa i più. Qui puoi trovare, di base, tutto quello che cerchi in locali di questo tipo, ma io mi soffermo soltanto sull'aspetto del servizio e della proprietà: il servizio rapido, efficace, attento, disponibile; per quanto riguarda il proprietario una persona attenta anche al rapporto umano (e non è così ovunque). Consigliato sicuramente.

Cena tra amici... locale ampio e molto suggestivo. Sistemazione molto rustica, si mangia sulle tipiche tavole e panche da fiera, ma il tutto contribuisce a creare l’atmosfera giusta!! Iniziamo con gli antipasti di salumi e formaggi, coppiette, salsiccette, la protagonista porchetta, ricottine, bocconcini di bufala, accompagnati da fagioli e cotiche.. poi abbiamo preso diversi primi: la carbonara, la cacio e pepe, la gricia, panna speck e tartufo e la mia deliziosa amatriciana! Degli arrosticini di assaggio molto buoni. Il tutto innaffiato con della Romanella e del vino della casa, caffè, ammazzacaffè tutto a soli 22€ a testa, prezzo più che ragionevole, per le materie di primissima qualità,...

"I had heard and read about the Parlo bistro, located in Genzano di Roma, always in a flattering way and therefore curiosity and expectations were high. The place is very nice and the atmosphere is relaxing with good background music. The tables are large and sufficiently spaced. The menu offers burgers and baos all stuffed with quality raw materials, as can be seen from the menu, with the plus that all the buns and baos are homemade. To start, we tasted the mini bao mix on the menu under the starters heading. The bao is perfect, it just serves to bring the filling into your mouth because it dissolves immediately without needing to be chewed. The fillings of 2 of the 4 baos are characterized by crunchiness, they are the veggie and the fish, they are delicious. All the flavors can be felt distinctly and the homemade mayonnaise is a plus which gives a nice boost. The ginger and lime mayonnaise stands out in the fish. The third of the mini baos is stuffed with a mini Chianina burger which, despite its small size, remains juicy and tasty, the presence of kimchi is interesting. The last of the 4 mini baos, certainly not for goodness, is the one with the dark pork belly. Dark pork belly is one of the traditional Chinese dishes and I must say that after tasting different interpretations, this is one of the ones I liked the most. The pork remains with a very thin crunchy crust, very juicy inside, the typical Chinese sauce that accompanies it, with its sweet and salty taste at the same time, pairs perfectly. After this introduction we tried our hand at a bao and a burger also to try the brioche bun. The PBLT is a squid ink brioche bread with grilled prawns inside, I would add nice prawns, crispy bacon and pink sauce. Curiosity arose from the prawn paired with bacon. After tasting it I have to say that it is a truly excellent combination. The bacon is cooked to perfection, crispy like potato chips. In some places it was a little too tasty, but apart from that, together with the tenderness and right humidity of the prawn it is truly an explosion of taste in the mouth. Also in this case the bun is absolutely meltable and serves to bring its contents to the mouth. The bao on the other hand was the IKA bao. Always with squid ink with inside a cuttlefish croquette fried in panko, accompanied by a sriracha mayonnaise, a typical spicy oriental sauce but at the same time with a sweetish aftertaste. The croquette fried in panko crunched under the teeth which was a pleasure, also because the frying was very dry and well done. A sign that in the kitchen they know what it means to have the frying oil at the right temperature so that the frying is light, crispy and dry All baos and burgers are served with triple-cooked homemade potatoes, accompanied by 3 jars containing 3 mayonnaises in which to dip the potatoes. I personally really enjoyed that lime and ginger. We accompanied everything with 2 small beers and a mineral water for a cost of €48. The price is up to the quality of the proposal. If I had the Parlo bistro under my house they would see me very often, a recommended place."
